Dis Dieters October 09 (week 4 page 19 post 272)

1st weigh-in of Sept and I've lost 2.5lbs :banana: I hadn't weighed for 2 weeks as I was feeling down about it all.

I'm upping my class from this week, as our local pool has reopened, so I'll be adding swimming to my exercises too :)

I lost 3lbs last week :goodvibes

I lost 4 lbs this week, 8 lbs to go to my optimum weight for my height.

hi all

last week i posted that i was going to join a slimming club but in the end i didn't as i really want ot do it myself, i know what to eat and what not to eat and i really feel that ive got my head in the right zone now :thumbsup2 so ive started afresh this morning and have the cupboards and fridge all stocked up with lots of low fat and healthy stuff. ive worked it out that i need to lose between 1 1/2 = 2lb a week to get we to the weight i felt comfortable at.

good luck, im following SW and know a great website if you need extra support. i dont go to a class but ive lost 79lbs so far.
thers a new plan called extra easy, i havent tried it but many others have and they love it.

Just weighed in this morning and I've lost 3 and a quarter pounds (oh yes I'm counting the quarter:rotfl:) for my first week back following Slimming World, so I'm feelng quite pleased about that. My aim is 2lbs per week, slow and steady, so it's all good!! Keep it up ladies!! xx

I have just had a lovely healthy home made pineapple, passion fruit, lime and apple smoothie for lunch, it was delish and gives me lots of energy.:thumbsup2 I have noticed if I ate cake/biscuits I end up feeling tired.

I keep taking pics but really cant see any major difference yet. I know ive lost loads from my legs and bits all over. ive still got a long way to go so waiting until ive got a wow picture. ;)

Wow - well done :thumbsup2 there must be a major difference with 5 and a half stone gone, I bet if you looked at your starting picture and your latest one you'd notice it. Have you been taking measurements - they're always a good indicator too :)

I've lost 1.2kg this week and I'm only 5.1kg away from goal which I would have never have thought possible when I started back in November :eek:

I haven't weighed in yet as I haven't been to my Mum's to use the scales - but I am not holding my breath - I feel as though I won't have lost anything - but on a positive note I have been good so far this week and will continue to do so (but might have a day off on friday as it is my birthday and we are having dinner out - my downfall!)
 
Hope your diet goes well this week Sarah, however, I vote for a day off on your birthday, its a special day, just enjoy it with no diet worries and start back on Saturday.:thumbsup2

ive managed to lose 2lb :cool1: I told my leader at ww it was the lack of cocktails this week :rotfl2:

:lmao: ive got a cunning plan, if i stay around this weight then i have 10lb to put on before i have to pay again at ww, that should be a few cocktails i think !!
