1st weigh-in of Sept and I've lost 2.5lbsI hadn't weighed for 2 weeks as I was feeling down about it all.
I'm upping my class from this week, as our local pool has reopened, so I'll be adding swimming to my exercises too

I lost 4 lbs this week, 8 lbs to go to my optimum weight for my height.
Yuck, put on 1lb this week.

good luck, im following SW and know a great website if you need extra support. i dont go to a class but ive lost 79lbs so far.
thers a new plan called extra easy, i havent tried it but many others have and they love it.

hi all
last week i posted that i was going to join a slimming club but in the end i didn't as i really want ot do it myself, i know what to eat and what not to eat and i really feel that ive got my head in the right zone nowso ive started afresh this morning and have the cupboards and fridge all stocked up with lots of low fat and healthy stuff. ive worked it out that i need to lose between 1 1/2 = 2lb a week to get we to the weight i felt comfortable at.
so good luck to everyone for this week
i will let you know how i get on next week
Just weighed in this morning and I've lost 3 and a quarter pounds (oh yes I'm counting the quarter) for my first week back following Slimming World, so I'm feelng quite pleased about that. My aim is 2lbs per week, slow and steady, so it's all good!! Keep it up ladies!! xx

I have just had a lovely healthy home made pineapple, passion fruit, lime and apple smoothie for lunch, it was delish and gives me lots of energy.I have noticed if I ate cake/biscuits I end up feeling tired.
