The website seems pretty clear " Deluxe Double Room accommodation features 2 double beds with Simmons Beautyrest® pillow-top mattresses with plush foam pillows". I would not expect queens based on several online sites.
That size bed is so confusing ... technically a full, queen and king are all "double occupancy". I feel like in some places that do not use the term "full" it is a way to muddy the description of the room. While full is technical term in the US, hotels use the term double.
I have noted with Disney that when a hotel is in renovation and sometimes a bed conversion (as when the AllStars went from Full to Queen) that the hotels will not list the new bigger size on their website description until every room is complete. This is since some of the rooms are still a full bed a guest isn't expecting a queen, though they might get them.
