Dis Dieters October 09 (week 4 page 19 post 272)

Hi, I am joining you this month, somehow managed to put 12 lbs on over the summer :confused3. Anyhow back to sensible eating and exercise, lost 3 lbs so 9 lbs to go to reach my optimum weight for my height.

I used the Diet and Exercise Assistant program on my iPod Touch, used it 2005 when I lost a couple of stones, basically it is calorie counting with adjustments for any exercising you do. Target weight loss by June 2010, this allows me to eat so I am never hungry and ensuring a weight loss by this day. I will be weighing in on a Monday.

I had my first weigh in yesterday and im really pleased as i have lost 2 1/2 lbs this week, i only started my new regime on monday so wasnt expecting more than a 1lb so i am thrilled.

I am using slimminmg worlds new super easy plan and I agree it is really really easy for me to follow and i can serve up the same (albeitt larger) meals for the men in this house.

i feel really confident for the week ahead too :goodvibes

Unfortunately, I've put on a lb this week - not quite the loss of the 2 lb that I needed. I am foregoing my usual 'Saturday off' as I desperately want to lose a couple of lbs at least by next Friday.

i think im doing great this week, had some fab meals the past few days that ive really enjoyed. hopefully next weeks weigh in will go well.

1st weigh-in of Sept and I've lost 2.5lbs :banana: I hadn't weighed for 2 weeks as I was feeling down about it all.

I'm upping my class from this week, as our local pool has reopened, so I'll be adding swimming to my exercises too :)
