Hi, I am joining you this month, somehow managed to put 12 lbs on over the summer
. Anyhow back to sensible eating and exercise, lost 3 lbs so 9 lbs to go to reach my optimum weight for my height.
I used the Diet and Exercise Assistant program on my iPod Touch, used it 2005 when I lost a couple of stones, basically it is calorie counting with adjustments for any exercising you do. Target weight loss by June 2010, this allows me to eat so I am never hungry and ensuring a weight loss by this day. I will be weighing in on a Monday.
