Directions to Universal

Hi all!
So we are renting a car and going to Disney World then heading over to Hard Rock (Universal) for the final two days. We know the route to DW but not from DW to Universal. Does anyone have the best route to get there???

Personally I would get on I-4 from WDW, go north, and follow the signs. It's very well marked. Take a look at it on google maps and let google give you the exact directions.

It's a very short drive (unless you hit rush hour). Maybe 15 minutes.

This is the way we go (and it's this way on Universal wesbite):

From I-4 Eastbound (Disney/Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee):

1) Take I-4 East to exit 75A
2) Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage or to one of the three (3) resort hotels

Other thoughts: there are back roads but they seemed tricky to me, so we stick with I-4 and it works everytime. The park-parking is a giant garage, and a little crazy compared to WDW. Industrial feel. But you are probably parking at the HRH. There's good signage in the Universal area. You will have no problem finding it.

Same here. Get on I-4 and follow signs. From the Boardwalk area, we make it in 15-20 minutes.
