I would expect increases in August or September. It will drive purchasing before fiscal year end and set a new floor going in to the 50th so they can then "discount better than ever before".

Any guesses on the resorts where you’d see direct prices increase? I think OKW is one most people would say.

Every one except possibly SSR unless it stays strong in direct and resale to where they need to up the ROFR purchase price more.

Big question mark what happens with VGF and when does the new building points enter the mix.
