Dinsey ticket prices going up this Sunday!!

What ticket brokers? I checked Ticketmania and they were sold out of old tickets and Maple Leaf doesn't sell 5 day PHs that I need. Are there other sources we can check?

Oh yeah, and MARN1234, I totally agree with you about the bad business of raising ticket prices without warning, especially to those of us who had already made reservations.

Thanks for listening, Treasure. What bothered me most was seeing the announcement on CNN which eluded the ticket prices were only going up @ Disneyland. When I called Disney the CM's seemed pretty dismayed that they were just told so last minute as well. I know we're all in business to make money, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Of course, still so looking forward to the trip. Started packing today....Bye for now, Maggie

For those who ordered last Saturday night on disney's website: Did everyone call and get their confirmation number?
Why do I still feel like something went wrong? My credit card still says charge is pending? Will this stay that way until my bill processes for next month? I was hoping to pay them off before I got the bill.
Also, I can't remember how long they said it would take to get them in the mail. I opted for standard shipping rate ( three dollars, I think).

Hey imamicki2! I was in that situation & called and got my confirmation number--CM said their system was down & emailing might be a problem. My cc shows the charge as still pending also. I think it was going to be 10 days to get the tickets. Hopefully they will be here Wednesday so I don't have to go to all the trouble of freaking out.

I just called AAA today and they still had 5-day PH tickets at the old price. When I got to the office, they said the price will be good until 4/12, or whenever they sell out of tickets. I paid $230 for a 5-day PH including tax. For a family of four it saved me at least $40.

My DH thinks I'm crazy to look at the DIS everyday, since we're not going to Disney until February, but now he's changing his tune!

Absolutely!!! I will post either way. Maybe I should make a separate Ticket Arrival countdown!

I missed getting our park tickets before the prices went up also. However, and this is a big however, my parents belong to AAA and were able to get us regular 4 day Hopper Passes for $229 (adult) and $182 (child) tax included. All in all AAA saved me $140. Yippeeee! So if you belong to AAA check them out because they still haven't raised their prices yet.

Got mine too!!!! I feel like it's official now. I was expecting the tics to be the hard plastic type like sold at TDS. But alas, they are the tough paper kind. Oh well. I guess I shouldn't complain. Got a Donald and Minnie. Guess who my DH will be....

YES! I got mine too today in the mail. I was so excited. I couldn't wait until I got home to show my DH and he wasn't thrilled. If he knew I spent$1500 on them, I am sure he would have stopped playing his video game and at least looked at them too! YIPPEE. Now only 7 months to go to wait to activate them!
Thanks alliecats for your support thru this stressful time! I am so glad you got yours today too! Now we don't have to worry, until the next event (ie., halloween tickets, or discounts, etc.) ISN'T THIS FUN?????????
