Dining Times

I am trying to make our ADR's for our May trip. I was thinking about making them for 7 or 7:30 do you think this is to late or to early. Aslo will the service still be good at this time? Thanks for your help!

We had our ADR"s way too early last time. So, I think the later the better, esp. if you are on the dining plan, there is so much food. You have to make room to be able to eat it all!
Service was pretty much the same whenever we ate.
