You mentioned the pineapple sirlion you had at Kona, I coudn't find it on the menu. Is it an addition to the menu?

I'm sorry, it is the beef teriyaki. It was served with pineapple on top. I couldn't think of the name when I did my review. Sorry if I confused anyone! It was delicious!

We have the CRT lunch planned for our upcoming trip. I think this is our one time castle meal. Just a couple of questions. What did they serve for appetizer at lunch? The new dessert sounds yummy. Was it on the menu? I was not looking forward to blueberry buckle.

The appetizer was a few cheese cubes, some type of cold cut meat (which I did not eat, dh did), a piece of cold chicken with some sauce on it (it was ok) and a little bit of salad. The new dessert was on the menu posted outside of the restaurant. It is not the one on Allearsnet. It was very good though. I prefer chocolate over blueberry anyday. I think it might be similar to the other dessert but just with chocolate. Have a great time at the castle. It was our one time too!

Thanks for the info. It is great to know what to expect. We have an ADR for 12. Seven are children - my 2 boys (3 and 6) and my 4 nieces (4,6,8,9) and 1 nephew(5). I've always wanted to eat in the castle but my 2 boys and DH have never been interested. Now that their cousins are going they have agreed.

I know the CRT has not been getting the best reviews lately, but it's THE CASTLE. I just want to eat there once.
