Dining Reservation question

I made a reservation at BigFire this Saturday for 3. A friend was going to meet us but, now doesn't think they can come. I've been trying to modify to 2 but, the times are not what we can do due to flying in that day. I'll keep trying to modify but, how will they handle if only 2 show up for a reservation for 3???
