Werner Technologies has notified us they have been experiencing technical difficulties off and on for the last 2 days. They are responsible for TTS "server" as well. Please be patient as we will be up and running ASAP!
In the mean time if you want the latest news on the listings, either call or E-Mail the store.

Even worse, the smilies aren't working right! That must be killing you!

Yes, the final straw for me today was finding out "my" smilies weren't working!

I tried to use the one with the hammer beating the computer, which I felt was totally appropriate for the situation!

The staff said we'd had lots of phone calls wanting to know if we were out of business because the "Universal Studios" site was in it's place. In the spirit of good humor, I told the staff to say that "TTS bought out Universal"!
I'm expecting my next call to come from the lawyers at Universal! HA!

I'm seriously considering leaving town for the rest of the week!

ROTFL! It really i sbad when teh computers are so screwed up that you cannot get teh bashing the computer smilie! You have my permission to spend the rest of teh week at WDW! (Of course, I'm not a client...)

HAHAHA!!!! But what a shame when you can't even GIVE most of us Universal Discounts because we are such Mouse NUTS (ok - you can give me some - if you have any left after the lawyers are done with you!)

Well, I'm bookmarking this thread and also printing it out to put in my fireproof safe - just in case, LOL!

I figure I have a better chance of this coming true than I have of winning the Lottery. ANn as the lottery people say, "IT COULD HAPPEN"! :teeth:

I've only been to Universal once, and didn't like it. But if the lifetime membership is free, maybe I'll try again.

At least my extended family is included so I can get memberships for my stepdaughter and her husband :earseek:

I wonder why Werner Technologies doesn't have some type of "backup" for problems like this? Seems crazy that it's been down this long.

Maybe they were using MS Windows 2000 and got hit by the Trojan.Pistmi virus? That would mean that someone actually selectively attacked their server. *shrug*

At least this thread has made me smile, thanks.

We have guests coming with us so very soon, and we've decided to loan them our car for the day rather than joining them for a day at Universal. We'd rather be "stuck" at WDW, and it's a Tuesday so we'll be at the Members' Party!

I hope the problems are fixed, but thanks for letting us know that you're still here and working hard, Tom.

Well, I'm not getting the Universal site - but it is asking me for a user name a password! I assume this is temporary or someone will let us know how to get a user name and password.
