Did laundry at SSR..with something so simple!

Has anyone seen these in store lately? I'm still holding onto some from August and would like to switch to the unscented! I hope they weren't a quick trend in stores![/QUOTE

Our daughter uses the unscented ones at college. She loves them. We have a harder time finding these though. They alway have the scented ones.

i got some for our recent Thanksgiving trip at our Neighborhood Walmart. I thought they did fine in the machines at SSR. my dh wanted to use them in the machine at home, but oh no. I put them in our WDW tub that goes on vacation with us. Ours were the scented ones, sorry don't remember what it was called. Keep looking you may be able to find them somewhere.

I bought some MONTHS ago to save for our January trip. Trying NOT to use them all up when I run out of my usual liquid so I still have some left by then! :lmao:

We took them on our last two trips and found they worked great. Now our clothes were never ground-in-dirt-filthy but they worked well for what we needed and packs up nicely.

I tried these on our last trip and was very pleased with them. (Found mine at Target.) I just used them to wash and then used my Downy sheets in the dryer. (I had read where some people had experienced spots on their clothes that they felt came from the dryer sheet part of it. I also just prefer the Downy scent.) I did not have any issues and was very pleasantly surprised at how well they worked. They are waiting for me in my Owner's Locker for my next trip!

Here is another great thing about these laundry sheets. If you have an elderly relative who uses a walker, it allows them easier access to do their own laundry. No heavy laundry detergent bottles to drag to the laundry facility. It has been a godsend for my mother. I was doing 2 to 3 loads a laundry for her a week. Now she is able to do this on her own. Those laundry detergent bottles, even the small ones, are difficult to handle for someone who is frail or has arthritis. I buy them for her and sneak a few out of the package for our disney trips.

Thanks for this thread, supersuperwendy. :surfweb: I found the pure and free version at Target yesterday and will be packing it for our upcoming trip.

I keep Dreft in our version of OL but if this works for my picky skin, it will be even better.

As for the shirts that wick moisture and even more importantly maintaining the flame protection in kids pajamas, don't you think removing the sheet before drying the clothes would work.:confused3 The side of the container says the fabric softener is released in the dryer.

You're welcome BCV23!!!

Tip.....cut some in half. A lot of our laundry loads at SSR were pretty small. Half of one sheet was perfect. It makes the package last a lot longer that way too!
