Hi everyone! Well since the wedding stuff has calmed down a bit I'm ready to get back in the swing of things. Although I have been exercising regularly, I haven't been eating right. So instead of losing weight, I've gained. But I'm ready to get back down to business and take it off. I am officially at my all time high of 196. And that was the last time that I weighed which was last week at the doctors office. It's hard for me to cross my legs now. I guess the thing that most set me off was looking at my wedding pictures. I hope you'll be able to see it. <A HREF="http://www.imagestation.com/album/pictures.html?id=2134534020&idx=25">This</A> is the one I'm referring to. I look pregnant.
So what am I going to do? Keep going to the gym, start watching what I eat and keep those calories under 1200 a day. No cheating. Exercising at least 30 minutes a day. Situps every day. I will find the time for me.
So that's it for now. Hope you all are doing well. I miss being here but am glad to be back.

I just read my first page of my journal. I weigh almost 30 pounds more than when I started WISH originially!

We can all walk the walk together, okay?!
That is excellent! And I agree, 20 min is better than nothing, so squeeze it in where ever and whenever you can!!
