Well I was hoping to make it to the gym twice yesterday but didn't make it. The in-laws came over last night for a visit since it was mil's b-day. But I hope to rectify that situation today. I'm just about to head out.

Yesterday got all my h2o in. Here's the food breakdown
B- Boiled Egg
S- 5 carrots and 1 dill pickle
L- Pork tenderloins w/ carrots and rice
D- 2 slices of pizza

I was able to go to the gym twice yesterday for a total of 55 minutes! :cool1: YAY!

Got all my water in also.

B- Nutrigrain bar
L- Tuna Fish Sandwich on whole wheat bread, 2 baby carrots and a dill pickle (I love pickles and I love them even more knowing that they have 0 calories!)
D- Baked Talapia fish, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup whole kernal corn

Wow, Desiree, your menu yesterday sounds so good! And all that time at the gym--like I said, WOW! You're doing so well. . .keep it up this weekend!

Good Morning everyone!

I had a good day yesterday. Got all my water in and went to the gym and did the elliptical for 35 minutes and then did my full weight training cycle while Devyn went swimming. Here's the food breakdown:

B- Boiled Egg and diced peaches
L- Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast
D- Cod Fish and carrot souffle

I'm about to head to the gym in just a few and I'll weigh in for the week today (I'll really try not to peek next time!). I'm kinda worried since TOM arrived today. We shall see though! So give me a few loss vibes! :)

Well as I feared, the weight was the same. At least I didn't gain I suppose and I understand that it's all because of bloating and such. But still it could have gone down one silly pound! Oh well. Hopefully I will see really good results next Saturday when I weigh in.

Only managed the Elliptical for 35 minutes yesterday. The good news is that I have exercised for a whole week straight with no days off. And I feel so much better about myself already!

Yesterday's food:
B- Nutrigrain bar
L- Bowl of Jambalaya
D- 2 pieces of chicken quesidilla and a 1/2 cup bowl of Shrimp Bisque

Like many of us, it is great that you are recommitting yourself to your healthier lifestyle journey! Sounds like you are off to a great start. Like the others said, keep your calories at least 1200. I try to eat a couple of hundred calories every 2-3 hours, so I don't feel as hungry all the time. It doesn't always work, but I try.

Good morning everyone!

Yesterday, didn't quite get all my water in or get to the gym either, but I did practice softball outside with Devyn for about an hour and a half and I just have to say, "OWWW!". My arm muscles are killing me this morning! hehe Too much pitching and batting! I guess I haven't done that in a while!

Yesterday's food:
B- Nutrigrain bar
L- Chili with kidney beans
D- Chicken fingers (3 of them) with only a handful of fries and 2 slices of texas toast

I had to literally drag myself out of bed this morning to get to the gym, but I'm glad now that I did. I feel like my day is so much better already when I exercise early in the morning. That can't be a bad thing, right?! :cloud9:

You are doing great Desiree! I know that if you keep up the exercise and continue eating OP, the weight WILL come off. I think I would be pretty psyched to see NO gain at WI when it is the first day of TOM! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc Cut yourself some slack girlfriend! I guarantee if you stick with it this week, Saturday's WI will have very nice results for you! ::yes:: Make sure you get that water in to combat the bloat fairy!! :drinking1

Okay Desiree, I didn't get to exercise yesterday (too busy sewing/hemming DD dance costumes for this weekend). Let's make a pact to both get that exercise in later today or tonight NO MATTER WHAT! ::yes::
