That was a lot of updating! Let's see what I can remember.

I was right on the Gangster side! I had a feeling because it seems they only open the Cowboy side when the park is crowded and there is a long line for GMR.

I love the Under the Sea part of VOLM. The puppets are so fun to watch.

One Man's Dream is so cool to walk through. I love seeing all of the old Pluto items, I always want to break into the cases and run away with them!

Fantasmic is an awesome show. I almost skipped it on my solo trip because it was soooo cold that night. But I stuck it out and was glad I did.

I think I've said it before but good luck with the auditions. If you are in a parade next February, I'm going to have all 16 of my family members stand on the side and scream your name. And they will do it too because the gang I'm going with is a bit crazy!

Oh wow, I have that exact same painting in my calendar (for April). It looks like Thomas Kinkade. Funny that I paid less than $3 for the calendar at Carlton Cards so I bought 2.

Haha yeah. Im going to try to ask for the cowboy next time! Aw man, i could never skip fantasmic now! Its too much of a favorite! Ack! I will hope for parades!! They (of course!) posted parade auditions yesterday for June that include mnsshp, like. Ugh. Im hoping i somehow win the lottery between now and then so i can actually afford to go! Eek!

I love One Man's Dream! I have a picture of the Peter Pan’s Flight model from my 2011 trip, so it has been there a while. I don't know about the Tinkerbell plush though.

And, you ladies do look incredibly dapper.

You can't help but get food drunk at Disney buffets. I on the other hand, take a different approach. I hate overloading my plate (I'm a weirdo with the food touching....don't ask.....hehe), so I just go back a bunch of times. And in the end look like a huge pig to everyone.

Oh man, I know, I was actually takling to a girl who is friends with Mike over the audition trip and she said it's actually hilarious, as he can't really hug, so he tries to go for handshakes, but it's funny to her when they end up hugging his eye, and when they lean down to talk to his eye, it's more on well...right below waist level for his friend, bahaha!!

Awesome! I'm totally asking for it in Sept then! Ugh, yeah, it was creepy!!
It was great to finally meet a disboard legend like Jess haha! Luckily on this past trip I got to spend a lot more time with her! But that's a whole nother story!

It was another early one for us for our next full day in the parks, and honestly, I don’t think Stitch woke us up today, I think we had some problems with the wake up calls, and I was glad I had set my alarm on my phone as a back up! We were up at 7:30, and got ready pretty quickly for the day ahead of us. Today, we were Disneybounding, and Paige had a bow themed to her outfit in her hair too! It was nice as in this Disneybound we matched each other, so it was easier to tell who was who kinda thing. I’m gonna let you guys guess who we were in a bit!

We jumped on a bus and made it to Magic Kingdom right in time for the rope drop show, although we did have to run a bit, and got backed up at the turnstiles and missed some of the show. Paige did suggest just staying out, between the bag check and the gate, but I really wanted to get in, and we managed to be some of the last few squeezed in before they cut it off.

It’s nice to see some different characters out for the ceremony now, like Peter and Marie! I know it’s because of how their meet and greets work for the day, but I like seeing some new faces!

I made sure to make a nice zoom in on Chip and Dale, as one of my friends, who I had met at an audition for Disney back in July, was hanging out with them today, though I wasn’t sure where or when, there was a chance it was now! I also really loved their western wear!

Also Alice. Not quite sure why, but since they had posted auditions for her, and said that she was taller than I thought, it gave me a little glimmer of hope that maybe I could get pulled for her?! The rope drop show was lovely, and before we knew it, we were under the archways and down Main Street. We took the route directly through the castle, and at the top of the ramp, as Paige continued to the tunnel, I pulled her back and just said “look”

Now…to all of you, you’ll look down Main Street from the castle and see that, Main Street, a TON of people rushing into the park, and some nice architecture. Paige however, sees it the same as me, the view from the Dream Along with Mickey stage… she took a moment to let that soak in, and we talked about how amazing it would be for it to be your job to dance with that view everyday, and then made on our way.

Fantasyland Expansion was of course, or main target for today, and we weren’t stopping before we reached the headliner of the morning!

When I saw it in person, I had definitely not noticed the little Lumiere up on top of the sign! Paige saw it, and when I noticed it in the picture, pointed out the cogsworth controlling it! SO CUTE! The detailing in this place, I tell ya!

Clearly, we were super excited, and the lovely woman behind us offered to take a picture for us after we took the selfie…this happens a lot, baha! Now you can pretty much tell who we Disneybounded as today!

A better look at Paige’s bow for the day! While in line we certainly had a good look at the Beast’s castle, even with the gloomy sky it still looked amazing!

Soon we were around the corner and into the first room of Belle and Maurice’s cottage! Though we did end up curving through the line and going into the area over to the left of the cottage before getting in, it definitely took longer than I did in November.

Cute little portrait! The details all through the first cottage room are awesome, they’ve got a little Mrs Potts and Chip up on the shelf, the portrait, a forever going game of checkers, and of course, Belle’s favorite book!

It’s stated that Belle’s favorite book is “Sleeping Beauty” but I honestly don’t agree, bahaha! According to the title of the book, it is, but when she describes it, “daring sword fights, magic spells, a prince in disguise” I dunno, I don’t really think of Sleeping Beauty, but apparently it is baha

We were stopped in this room for quite a while, while waiting to move into the next room. If you do enchanted tales, this will be where you’ll be held up, as there is only one mirror room, and then I’m 99% sure there are two wardrobe rooms, and a total of four libraries, there are definitely two libraries, but that’s my theory! Lol. Luckily we didn’t have to wait too long in the first room because there were some super obnoxious kids running around everywhere, bumping into us, jumping around us, chasing each other around our legs, etc, just ugh.

Our group was next let in to Maurice’s invention room, where the cast members noted the various things around the room, and talked a little bit about Belle’s favorite books, the adventures of their family and such. The cm also asked if anyone had done Enchanted Tales before and I was the only one! That surprised me, I won’t lie, haha, I guess it may have been open from November, but not a lot of people hit up Disney World as frequently as I do, bahaha!

The “plot line” of this attraction is that Beast gave Maurice a magic mirror so that he could see Belle anytime he wanted, then of course we all say the magic words, and I made sure to mention to Paige that this part would blow her mind, and the mirror started to change!

SHABAM! The magic mirror MAGICALLY turns into the portal into the castle! And we continue on through to be greeted by the wardrobe!

The cast member in here (who was super enthusiastic and it was totally adorable) had all of us doing various things to help “cast” the play we would be doing. This included marching, neighing like horses, “being” a teapot, hopping like Chip would, etc. When all the main roles were casted they asked if anyone else wanted to be a part of it, because there’s always room for dancing dishes! Paige and I decided to sit it out and just watch, lol. Then when Lumiere was ready for us, we moved along into the next room, saying good bye to the wardrobe.

Lumiere explains that we are all a surprise for Belle, and that we’re going to re-tell the story of how her and the Beast originally met each other. He then dims the lights and tells us to all yell “surprise” when Belle comes into the room! I’m pretty sure at this point Paige and I were far more excited to see Belle’s new look in person than the actual rest of the attraction, baha!

ABSOLUTELY FREAKING BEAUTIFUL!!!! Seriously, Belle, the dress, the hair, it all worked and it/she was SO PRETTY! Also, the lighting in the library makes me want to DIE sometimes, I think all of the best lighting photos came from Paige’s camera, it’s really hard to get good pictures in there!

Belle and Lumiere then go through all of the telling of the story of Beauty and the Beast, with the help from everyone that volunteered to be in the little play, and at the end, the cm’s group up all the volunteers and have them go through to say hello to Belle, get a little souvenir book mark, and a picture. The last time I did this, they had the line in the middle of the benches, easily accessible to everyone, but this time it was off to the far side, and happened so fast I’m sure there was some upset kid/parent who didn’t get the picture. Paige and I did opt out of this as well (also be aware that it is photopass only unless you can take a quick pic of your kid/friend) I did however, zoom in on some of the detailing on Belle’s new dress.

Overall Paige and I both enjoyed it, but it really is a once a trip thing (for us), but we really did like the new dress, it’s so amazing and beautiful. I really like the coloring of it, and it flows and moves WAY better than her old one, not to mention the detailing with the roses on it! UGH! The wait time had been posed at 15, and we waited about that.

When we got out of the library, it had just started to rain, at first we headed over to grab some fast passes for Peter Pan’s Flight, and then the rain continued, and was not getting any better, so Paige suggested we jump into Phillharmagic to try and get under some cover for a little bit and hope it passed while we were inside.

I made sure to take a picture to prove we were there this time… I absolutely love Phillharmagic, especially the smells! It so amazing the stuff they can do with that show, I’m not the hugest fan of getting wet in there, but hey, it’s still fun! I also love how Donald really gets the bad end of the stick, poor Donald! When our 3D fun was over with, we dropped our opera glasses into the bins and headed back outside into the SUNSHINE! Yay! It had stopped raining, and we were headed back into the FLE.

Gaston was out while we were crossing the bridge, and I mean, you can’t just walk past him, you’ve got to say hello! We were in line for about two minutes before I was up front and handing him my autograph book, he kinda just looked at it and was all “A book?” Yup, it’s a book, he asked “Do you spend a lot of time in libraries?” To which I started to say that I hadn’t been in a library in years, and caught Paige kinda giving me a look, as we had CLEARLY just been in the Beast’s library, and I just blanked on that completely. So I re-worded my response, and Gaston simply said.
“You shouldn’t spend any time in libraries. The only book worth reading is one full of portraits of me!” HA! Oh yes, I would read that book for sure!

Gaston will forever be my favorite #swoon #character ​

Oh that opening show, I want to be there so bad right now!

I did enjoy ETWB but I don't think it will even be a once a trip show for me. Maybe once every three or four trips? It's cute but just takes up too much early morning time when I can be doing stuff I like better! I will probably end up doing it in Feb 2014 when there are kids on the trip. Of course, DH is a huge ham and if I tell him he can be a knight in the show, he may drag me there.

I almost got in line to meet Gaston on my solo trip. I'm just so awkward with meet and greets! I don't know why I get so flustered. Don't know if DH will want to meet him in October. He told me he wants to meet Donald, Remy and lots of "girl" characters whatever that means! I already burst his bubble on Remy. Told him he would have to eat at Chefs De France and he didn't like anything on the menu enough to want to eat there.

Ugh... totally didn't do Enchanted Tales. I'll def need to have someone with me for that one though, but I do want to see it once if for no reason than to see the effects.

Gawd, I totally saw the best Gaston ever mostly from his smile. It was perfect and cartoony. He is definitely a riot.

So I've totally started this bad habit of reading updates on my phone at work and then getting interrupted with some actual job to do before I get to comment on updates. Work is seriously starting to interfere with my dis time hahaha.

Anyway I'm gonna comment on whatever I can remember!

I don't remember if I said this already but congrats on the dance competitions!! Also, of course you're already back from your trip cause I'm so far behind but I hope it was awesome and that the auditions went well! I can't wait to hear about it.

If our DHS days line up in September, we should totally meet up and request the cowboy scene on the GMR! Also, I agree with you. I'm always sad about how few of the movies from that ride I've actually seen.

Ah. I need to see One Man's Dream next trip! I've been reading books about Walt and his vision and I totally can't believe I haven't seen it.

The MK rope drop show might be the most magical thing ever! I'm glad you guys made it.

Omg Enchanted Tales. The more pictures I see of it, the more sad I get that we didn't get to do it last time. It looks amazing. And I totally agree with how awesome FLE is. Even though I'm a little disappointed the Rapunzel area is just bathrooms, the pictures of it look so great that I've never been so excited to see bathrooms in my life lol.

Gaston is amazing! I'm glad he's out for M&Gs now.
