December Trip

Our Family is taking our first ever Christmas time trip. We will be there from 13-20 December. Anyone that has been the week before Christmas week, what are the crowds like? Anything special we need to plan for? We have already gotten tickets for MVMCP. Thanks for the words!

We have been the last few years during that week. Last year was the first time that I felt it was busy. As the week progresses, you will notice the crowds picking up. The decorations are amazing. Make sure to visit the resorts. They all have their own themes. This is our favorite time to visit!

We went the week before Christmas last year and the crowds were manageable. Most people are going to arrive over the weekend you leave and stay through Christmas week. The only thing truly unpredictable is the weather. Went a few years ago and it was very cold (not the norm) and last year it was reaching 90's during the day and we went swimming.
