I was able to make mine this a.m. This is so exciting

Dec 1-8..These are all early dinners, because we like to go out for dinner

Sat- Crystal Palace
Sun- Sci Fi (late night at MGM)
Mon- Ohana (love it, love it, love it)
Tues- Chef Mickey's (my B-day)
Wed- Akerhaus (Princess Storybook)
Thurs- 1900 Park Faire
Fri- Coral Reef
Sat- Le Cellier

We were able to get everything that we wanted

This is the first time we will go to Coral Reef, LeCellier, and Sci-Fi.

The Crystal Palace is divine for dinner IMHO. We LOVE it, it is a tradition to go there first for us.

This is our first time to go to Sci-Fi, but we have been to the 50's and had a great time. I thought we would try Sci-Fi even though the reviews are iffy. I know our kids will love it and I was looking for something at MGM for the EMH night on Sunday. I think the menu looks pretty good.

I usually bring cereal bars or something like that for breakfast in the room and we hit the parks early where we usually eat lunch around 11:00. This time will probably be a little different because we went during free dining and it was really crowded and very hot the week we went.

One thing I would like to do next is plan for some really good snack choices and CS choices. I have seen some really great snack options on this board.

You have inspired me to call and make my ADR's today, I was holding off because I can't seem to make up my mind about eating at 50's primetime or Mama Melrose. I am leaning towards 50's I think the teens would like that, but then again....( I can always call and change it) We are doing Sci-Fi, the food is pretty good, huge portions! but it is the whole set up of the place that has me coming back.

Your itinerary looks good, you are on top of things.

I took a few pictures of some of the stuff I bought recently. Figured that might catch some attention from my fellow Dis addicts..

Our new luggage - $29 a piece - 29" pullmans

POC bath fizzies & bubble bath - don't remember the prices but for the baskets

Something new I picked up at the grocery store today - Tummyticklers - probably for the baskets too - Mickey for DS2; Pluto for DS1

Also, I didn't take any pictures as its not for our Disney trip but at Kmart today - I picked up a few Christmas goodies - yes I shop this early, I shop all year, hehe Anyway, I got a Little Mermaid table & chair set, regular 39.99 for 8 - I actually picked up 2 of those & a Spiderman one too. They had lots of other clearance toys too. Picked up a bunch for birthdays - we are invited to about 5 before the end of this month alone. Mostly everything was ringing up cheaper than the marked clearance price. But I really wanted to share the Little Mermaid deal with my friends here.

You will love POFQ it is so nice and small not like the other big resorts. We have stayed there 3 times already.

We will also be there (well almost) for our 11the wedding anniversary as well...it is Dec 1. It is our 4th year in a row going.

I got them at Walmart. They had Pooh & the gang as well as the Princesses, POC & Superheroes. Don't be too disappointed in me for taking DS1 out of school for our trip. Its tradition

Welcome - glad to hear you've stayed at POFQ 3 times already - must be something there that draws you back. I can not wait as we only stayed at values before. Are you going to MVMCP during your stay?

Oh, by the way guys (gals) the Tummy Ticklers were $5.96, I believe - but not bad as they say reusable. I plan on bringing the little kool-aid packs to mix with water for the boys. And the only flavor my Walmart had was Apple Juice.

There is no way I would be disappointed for taking your son out of school. I have students do that all the time, and I think family time is way important. Plus it is great to travel off season. No worries!

I am going to make my own baskets, nothing spectacular. They'll get them while we are there. I usually always do something of the sort. For DH too. I just haven't thought or saw things for him yet.

Hi - Welcome We may be going Dec. 08 as well. We have done MVMCP before. DS2 wasn't here then but DS1 held up fine. He slept in the stroller when he was tired & we had a blast. Its not too hot then so he was more than comfy sleeping like that.

Awesome! That's what I should be doing but I am not very creative.
