I'm so excited, I just booked my first Disney cruise. I will be travelling with my two sons 14 and 12 and my best friend and her son 9. Just wondering if any previous cruisers have advice for things to do that would be special for teenagers in the bahamas....I think I am more excited than the kids

OK, so I gave in and upgraded to a Cat 5 on deck 7. our new stateroom # is 7576. How do we join in the FE's? Is it more difficult with bunches of people? Also, when do you drop stuff off?

I changed your stateroom on our website and I added you as a "YES" for the Fish Extenders. Someone else here will need to provide FE info for you, as I have never done the FE and am not participating.

I think they have kids club activities for them in the bahamas. They keep the teenagers busy throughout the cruise.

I'm game either way! I already have a bunch of ideas. I chose this date because of my birthday, i didn't even realize it was the mousefest cruise. Now I'm even more excited! I cannot wait for my DH's first DCL cruise!

Wow! I am not sure at this point if I will still go on this cruise. Will have to wait and see.. I put a notice on our Wonder cruise website and I will update the site over the next couple of days to take out any mention of Mousefest. Since Mousefest is also in my sig graphic for this cruise, I'll be removing that from my sig after I post this and will probably do a revised one this week.

i was really shocked to read it , as i see they r still progressing w/other meets, etc. throughout the year-did cancel the adventures by disney one i believe ; thinking it may have just gotten too big to manage w/all the other stuff they have on their plate. was surprised to see 800 rooms blocked out (mentioned in one of the posts on the thread) didn't know the land version was quite so large of an event

while i had the cruise booked before i didn't realize until afterwards that it was mousefest time frame, now i feel as though im 'missing the boat' just a bit ; really sounded like fun...sigh.

don't think i'll necesarily switch my plans (as i have the OBC discount, etc.) yet having option to move it forward will allow me to keep my eye on other deals in MCO & elsewhere that week ...so many non-disney promos (cruises, etc.) to consider...it's turning into a buyer's market for vacationers this year

Terry and I discussed this at length during lunch and have decided we are still going!!!!! The spa is calling us!

We can still have the fish extender exchange. That was/is a dis thing afterall, has nothing to do with Mousefest. And we can obviously still have meets... sail away meet and a Chrsitmas tree lighting meet. We can still meet up in the Cove before dinner for the drink of the day
