DECEMBER 6, 2009 Winter WONDERland sailing!!!

We can still have the fish extender exchange. That was/is a dis thing afterall, has nothing to do with Mousefest. And we can obviously still have meets... sail away meet and a Chrsitmas tree lighting meet. We can still meet up in the Cove before dinner for the drink of the day

True. Any ideas from everyone regarding a new "theme" or "title" for this cruise? All I did so far was remove the MouseFest Sailing line from the title graphic on the cruise website. I can't change this thread title because I was not the starter, but I'm thinking maybe we could come up with a new theme . . perhaps with Mickey, Minnie, or another Disney character (Just not Chip 'n' Dale because that's next year's!) . . or some catchy title. Anything new and different? Not a necessity, but could be fun.

Again - If I do cancel it will be last minute because I don't want to back out then wish I had not. So I'll hang in there and see what happens . .

I just wanted to let everyone know that my DH and I are "jumping ship."

We cancelled this cruise and booked one on Princess. We just couldn't pass up the deal.

It was nice chatting with all of you and I hope you all have a wonderful cruise!

Hmmm. I like the "Mickey's Winter Wonder" part, but the "..-Land Tour" leaves out those who are not doing a land portion and maybe implies a "tour" and not a cruise. Would "Mickey's Winter Wonder" cruise work? Is anyone else here using that?

hi all...I know I pretty much went awol from here but some of you know the reason and those newbies welcome to the thread....long story short my car got totaled back in Nov and I had to use the money for my trip to buy another car...however, cruise was already paid for so Ive decided that although Im still going to try for the wdw part, I am definitely doing the cruise..Ive still got another month or so before I can start spending more time over here on this board but I will be over here...I had no idea about the mousefest issue so when shari brought it to my attention that we needed the name changed I agreed...However, Im not too crazy about the Mickey's Winter wonderland fest...but Winter WONDERland sailing is cute...Im going to change it to that and if majority doesnt like it then we can think of something together...is that ok?

Yes, you were certainly AWOL! I did not even think you were still going on this cruise.

oh Im sorry.. I said I would let you guys know if I wasnt going on the cruise so I assumed because I didnt tell you anything you would come to that conclusion..oh and I wasnt thinking about wonder"land" as in land portion...I was thinking about it as in magical place, amazement you get the drift...I never intended to make anyone mad...I dont see the point in being upset...this is supposed to be a fun time for all right???

The cruiser list is out there. No title. I removed the rest of the site since it is now inaccurate.

I'm canceling and moving my deposit over to my other cruise. Thought about it the last couple of weeks. Today clinched it.

I am still looking forward to the cruise. I want to enjoy the Spa. That was the most relaxing time I have ever had. Stephanie and I have decided to come down two days before the cruise and stay two days after.

Mouse Fest was the 101 meet and the one Big meet at the BC. The biggest thing out of all of this was all of the meets that everyone had the chance to attend as well. Mouse Fest created all of this.

I had such fun decorating our Stateroom door. I really enjoyed making our Fish Extender and then joining in the FE exchange.

We went to the gift exchange and Capture the Magic that was part of Tagrel. We also went to the Dole Whip meet. I would love to be able to go to a DIS meet as well. Whatever is decided, we will have a great time. We met some new folks that we had read posts of theirs on the different sites.

The biggest thing for me out of all of this was having breakfast with Deb Wills. I won that at the Magic Meet during the silent auction. That is the one thing I will remember forever.

Everyone just come and enjoy yourselves. That is most important.

wow that sounds like you had a really nice time...I am looking forward to the trip myself..Im just hoping I can do the rest but I wont know till next month whether that will be possible...once I know for sure then I can start replanning and everything...I got a ton of pics to use for my stateroom door but I have to figure out how to print it out as big as I need it
