December 2013 CANCELLED ADR Thread - Read 1st Post

I am curious if anyone else is having trouble picking up cancelled ADRs. Last week, a coordinated to the minute with another DIS member and the cancelled ADR never showed up. Tonight, I coordinated with another DIS member, and the cancelled ADR never showed up...and tonight, I was literally on the WDW website the entire time hitting refresh to see if it showed up!

I tried to coordinate with someone a few weeks ago. Both DH and I were refreshing online over and over minutes before and for almost half an hour after. I tried calling too; we didn't get it.

I had the same problem a week or so ago....I was literally on the computer hitting refresh the entire time the other person cancelled and I kept hitting refresh for about almost an hour afterward and it never showed up, I even called and they couldn't find it Has something changed with the way Disney handles cancellations or is it just a string of bad luck?

I hate other people are experiencing this, but at least I know it wasn't just me ! I kept thinking I was doing something wrong at the time

Try to avoid canceling/booking during peak times ... if it's possible, try late at night or early morning. I managed to get my CRT rez when checking at like 1am on a night my daughter was having a sleepover. Another time I had tried at 730pm EST and saw the rez but the server was busy (lots of others trying to grab a rez too at the same time)

I had to cancel my trip dde22 so here are the dining ressies I have to cancel as well. They are all for 2 adults 1 child and 1 infant so I'm not sure if the ADR is actually for 4 or 3. I'm thinking its 4. PM me if you'd like to coordinate a time.
