December 2011 - Christmas with Mickey!! Who's Coming Along and Planning Help Thread!!

We're in the discussion stage of a December trip (11th through the 16th) with a bigger family group than usual, but we usually go over Mardi Gras. We had nice long park hours for our trip this earlier this month, but I'm worried that the parks won't be open late in December. What are the hours like for mid-December? Can I expect 9:00pm closings or will they be earlier?

When my sister and I went in 2009, there were some nights that MK closed at 12 and 1 AM. Also, we stayed at EPCOT until midnight a few nights as well.

We will be there from 12/6-12/11...staying at WL..picked this hotel for the most holiday feel..and b/c Pop Warner will be going on.. and was a little nervous about the crowds at the value and moderate.....hoping its not too crazy at the parks..It sure is hard playing this waiting game with park hours ,adr etc...Heres to christmas 2011!

Your dates are good and you will not notice higher crowds because of Pop Warner.

We cannot wait!! We have been to WDW quite a few times, but NEVER to see the Christmas decorations!!! I LOVE DISboards! I thought I was an early planner.......I see now that I am but a mere novice

Great feeling today, paid the trip in full Now the waiting game for airfare and dining!!! If a better coupon code comes out, like free dining they will honor the change right??

We will be at CSR (for the first time!) Dec. 18-23. I am so excited! We have never been able to surprise the girls before, so we are really keeping it under tight wraps!
