Wow, sounds like you have your hands full! Back when I was a kid my parents had to do the whole activity juggling thing and there were three of us.
I had my seasonal sports at school (basketball, volleyball, soccer, track) and then my gymnastics which were all year and swimming as well plus piano lessons!
My brothers had their soccer teams and also swimming and piano.
Somehow they managed it all. It would drive me insane though if I had to deal with it!
Yea, we're pretty busy, I like it and hate it at the same time, it makes the time fly, but some days I just want to stay home and veg out, I get tired of driving the same old roads every day, I find myself looking for different routes to take even if it's takes longer because I am so bored with the same routine.
I wouldn't be able to manage it with 3 kids in sports, I don't know how I would manage it if Jim played sports and had to be driven every where, the only driving I do for him is to take him to his GF's house or drop him off in town to hang out with friends.
But every event gets me closer to Disney.

You definitely have a lot on your plate to keep you going. Time will definitely fly! I know that once I get back to teaching, my days will fly faster than I can count. My job typically keeps me super busy.
that is how I know we are into the school year, cause I am at Varsity games. Reese was meeting up with some friends and told me on the way that I was not allowed to talk Disney to any of them, so I talked Disney to all of them and found out her friend is going in October, I asked her where she was staying, she didn't know, I asked her if they were going on the
I also met Budah who I thought would have a round belly, but he's a super skinny kid, and another friend named pigmy who is pretty tall but was given the name before he grew. It's funny how I see them as little dimented Disney characters, they got a kick out of that.
I hope you had great Disney dreams, so you can come back and share more about your planning. I just love how you explain things!
