Wow, that is a lot of Mickey Mail! I love the new 2011 DVD, the past few years have been so boring, but this one is fun! I almost want to watch it again, even though I just watched it a couple of weeks ago...

That shirt is so cute! They have a lot of cute shirts on disneystore.com right now, but I'm waiting til my trip is closer to buy anything!

I almost got that Cinderella plaque yesterday! But I got the "Faith, Trust, Pixie dust" one instead, I've wanted that one forever!

I enjoyed the DVD as well! I thought the one girl reminded me of Stacy from the resort loop show but this girl's name was different!

I didn't know they had a F, T, PD, plaque!!! The only Hallmark that I've found the Disney stuff at was pretty picked over! I got 3 of the If you can dream it ones and sent 2 to friends for Xmas and kept one for myself and it's sitting on my desk! I'll have to check out the mall today and see if they have the other one!

I'm going to go watch the Sam Brown WDW Special that was on Travel Ch. last night...I hope it's a good one!

She loved it! Like I said, she left FL in Jan 09 and has had a heck of a time getting a job so I figured some extra pixie dust couldn't hurt although maybe I should have kept it as a miracle for passing my Praxis!!!

I agree about the DVD!!! If you haven't gotten the 2011 one, you should! It was a pretty good one. I was not really a fan of the 2010 one but 2011 was better IMO!

Your DME stuff should arrive soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you guys get the DDP for your March trip? I can't believe they are charging us $48 a day for the DDP because it's peak season. We'll be missing the off season by 7 days but I still can't imagine it being that packed with Easter being at the end of April. For once, I really had to pick and choose places that I would get my money's worth at for $48 a day. I still remember the very first time we got the DDP, it was dirt cheap, you got an apptz, and tax + tip was included too! I can't believe they even did that to begin with but it was pretty sweet!

Haha. I love getting my Mickey Mail! I think from all of our changes and updates from our trip in Dec, we ended up with like 10 of those "souvenir" MYW luggage tags lmao. I guess we'll be getting 2 more pretty soon and I'm running out of bags to put them on!

Thanks! He starts tomorrow at 3pm I think! I'm sure I'll give a full report this weekend. I think he said he' gets his ID tomorrow so I'm sure on Thurs and Fri he will be exploring Universal for the first time until he works again on Sat and Sun!

I haven't tried the pancake pan yet! I was going to do it the last 2 weekends and then it seems like something else gets in the way

ONE MONTH TO GO!!!


Hi Dis Friends!! Happy Thursday, the weekend is almost here!!

I know I normally don't update on a weekday but...

ONE MONTH TILL THE MARCH BIRTHDAY TRIP!!!



I'm thrilled and can't believe how soon it will be! It also scares me to know that my exam (the weekend before) is only 3 weeks away

I've been tracking my T from disney store and it's in the area so hopefully it arrvies tomorrow! I was ticked to see that disney store.com is offering free shipping this weekend on anything. I could have saved $5..oh well!

Bro got the job at everyone's favorite chocolate/ice cream store at DTD!!! He starts on Tues but we don't have any other details BECAUSE..
He got his Universal ID today!! He went and rode his ride with like a min left before park closing. They also thought he lined jumped at the beginning of the ride and the TMs were accusing him of that even though it was some other guy who did it. The TM at the loading area apologized to him and said that they were accusing the wrong guy. He said that he just wanted to ride the ride because he'll be working at the ride and had never been on it. THe girl I guess radio'ed all the other TMs and said she met the newest TM of the ride so he was pretty happy, LOVED THE RIDE, and can't wait to start training on Sat!!!

In other news. My illness that started a week + ago (which I though was mild headaches/migraines from my new glasses/contacts) is actually a sinus infection. I was to a new family practice that had hours between 7am-8pm which is very helpful for my schedule but I walked out after my appt with now:
-appt for blood work to check levels for all sorts of blood sugar, cholesterol, etc which I guess you should do every 5 yrs when you turn 20..oops!
-appt for an ENT to see about having my tonsils taken out since my left one is the size of a walnut
-appt for my "lady" doctor
-a change in my allergy meds
-and to have them get my medical records from the old family doctor and my one in PA

..ugh! So pretty much the whole day I have been on the phone and still have a huge list of things I need to do regarding the appts so it's going to be a crazy weekend!!

So things sure have been crazy around here!

I'll be back this weekend with a PTR/TR update!!

I just can't believe she was the first to mention it and my doctors from PA never said anything in the last 5 years and my new (old now since I switched) doctor never said anything. I'll see how it goes. The only 2 times that I've had blood work, the first time I almost passed out, and the 2nd time I bawled because they took a ton to find the oxygen levels in my blood since we had carbon monoxide in our apt (scary thing!!) I'm now thinking perhaps I should have scheduled it for in the evening so I wouldn't have go to work!!

TM is team member. I think that's what they call them at Universal!

Thanks! I'm feeling better and really I was feeling a little better when I finally went to the doctor but being that it was a new dr, new building, I figured if anything an overall check-up would be fine and it pretty much was!

Ugh, sorry to hear about your sinus infection. I hope I don't have anything like that...yesterday I had a pounding headache all day.
