I am sure you can find a way to make more than one payment in a month. I seriously doubt any company will turn down your money.Correct. I was just going by the disconnect date. But that'll change now. Not sure I, nor anyone, can make 2 payments in a month. But going to change way of paying bills going forward.
And you have now learned a valuable lesson about understanding your bills and what all the elements mean.
I changed my cell phone contract in July and it has been wrong every month since, I am being overcharged by about $18/month for a data add on that is not required as I have unlimited data now. Each month I use the live chat to ask for it to be credited and every month they say they will credit it (which they do) and make sure it doesn't happen again (but it does). I have now raised it with the second tier of the customer service process to see if they can help. But I am not holding my breath.
