debate - Which dog would you rather be bitten by and why?

Here's the choice: A poodle or a pit bull. Please explain why.

Ummm...at the risk of being called a racist again, I would have to say a poodle. They have little tiny teeth and they can be drop kicked across the yard if they attack.

Have owned poodles since 1971 and have been bitten repeadly over the years. Never once required medical help.

Also owned a Pitt Bull for several years. She lived inside and was a sweet "lap dog" that was hand fed and enjoyed kisses and baby talk. She also slept on our bed with the poodle. Played with the children like a little lamb. DH and I were forced to carry a rifle.....yes, a RIFLE when she had her pups. Never again! WISE UP PEOPLE!!!! Lambs can turn into killers over night.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say poodle because I don't think they've ever killed anyone.
But I will not drink sweet tea and drug myself with a poodle in the room

Poodle, really isn't about which can be meaner but just the reality that pit bulls have very strong jaws. If they bite down they don't have to let go.

We had a Border Collie and a small terrier years ago. The terrier had very strong jaws, you could pick her up with a sock. When they played tug-of-war the border collie always lost because she had to readjust her bite.

My understanding is that pit bulls have jaws stronger than almost any other breed.

This reminds me of something from a few years ago. The Grudge Match features regular match-ups between two or more fictional or real life persons and invites people to vote. One of the very early grudge matches featured a Rottweiler versus a Rottweiler's weight in Chihuahuas (obviously from when the Taco Bell dog was popular). Amazingly, the Rottweiler won but it was close -- 258-250.

Hmmm...tough choice....but I think I'll go with the poodle even though I've heard countless stories them attacking people and causing serious injury. Oh wait, that's not the poodle.

Just in case they decide to post a logical answer, which would OVBIOUSLY be the poodle, I would like to know why they chose the poodle.
