Death to this attraction!!

It's not only a cool attraction but it's calm and nice and cool inside on a summer day, never a line, catchy song (need to find it somewhere...) Perfect place to catch a quick nap if need be or just be able to sit down somewhere comfy

They have it on the 50th Anniversary CD that can be found at the Disney Store or maybe a chain music store like F.Y.E. But the Dis Store will have for sure. ^_^

As for rides that need to go, keeping in mind I haven't been there in almost 3 years (That's a serious record. Longest I've been away :worried: ), I'm a huge Drew Carry fan, have been since I was five (or around there...) and watching the Drew Carry Show, so I don't want to see "Sounds Dangerous" go.

Honestly...I don't think any of it should go...Maybe Living with the Land. I find it extremely boring. Sorry to those who love it. But I don't like botany really. But my parents love it. So...Can't get rid of that.

I think on COP I would update the ending or they should find a way to add another segment so that ten or twenty years from now, our kids or grand kids or great grand kids can see what a WHOLE century and the end of a millenium was like along with opening of a new one or the hopes of the future which could in fact be theirs.

DEFINATELY need to get the ORGINAL Tiki Room back. "In the tiki tiki tiki tiki room, in the tiki tiki tiki tiki room, where the birds sing words and the flowers grow in the tiki tiki tiki tiki room. Welcome to our tropical hide away you lucky people you...." I miss it. :'(

I have to sit back and chuckle at the number of people who want to do away with IASW. They all say this and that about it and yet...they continue to ride it each and every time..:lmao: We always took our kids on it and now we take our grandsons on it...For them, they love it..the whole experience..the song, the colors...For me..well..I'll enjoy it through their eyes...

Some rides span the years better then others. Some that should be replaced (as real estate in the parks is valuable) are: Stitch, Swiss family Robinson Treehouse, Sounds Dangerous, Living with the Land, Tom Sawyers island, and Journey into your Imagination. Also, it would be nice if Wonders of life were open year round, instead of seasonally.

No, I wouldn't want It's A Small World" to go, then I would have no reason to go to Disney :worried: That is my favorite ride, I wouldn't know what to do if that was gone. I hope one day to bring my grand-children there to ride it. So hopefully it's around for a very long time. I am praying to the small world gods:worship: Just my opinion.

"It's a world of laughter; a world of tears
It's a world of hopes and a world of fears
There's so much that we share that it's time we're aware,
It's A Small World After All!
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small small world.
There is just one moon and one golden sun
And a smile means friendship to everyone.
Though the oceans are wide and the mountains divide,
It's A Small World After All.
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small small world."

Stitch needs to go!! It's a Small World (before and after the rehab) is still a favorite! I know it isn't for everyone, but it is a classic. That's why there are so many different kinds of rides at WDW - something for everyone!! :goodvibes

Although I'm a bit tired of IASW, I personally would not want it gone. It's an ICON! However, Stitch needs to go, and in its place could be the sky ride, 20,000 leagues, or even something new! I find Living with the Land, not only informative, but a nice slow, cool ride to take on a hot afternoon!

My 25 yo nephew has Williams Syndrome and one result is speech is quite the challenge for the young man, but IASW is his favorite. When we ride on it (he is scared of most rides) his face lights up and you cant wipe the smile off-better yet he sings the whole time. We love when the languages change and we can no longer tell if he is pronouncing the words correctly or not-heck maybe he can speak one of those languages and we just dont know it.

I know one young man and his family that would be heartbroken if you killed IASW. :(

The Stitch Ride--15 minutes of my life that I'll never get back.

Bring back 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea!!!!! Kill Country Bear Jamboree. I don't know about IASW; as much as I hate that song,my mom loves it, her fav. ride.

My dad calls me at school when I'm having a bad day and just sings, "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow...." EVERY TIME we go on this attraction, he talks about seeing it at the 1964 NY World's Fair. Every.single.time. lol.

I find that many people who do the college program are true Disney geeks, and as a result we love those classic attractions. The guy I was dating down there even had the attraction on his ipod. A couple of times while it was on shuffle we'd hear, "Hottest 4th of july we've had in years!" and crack up.

I completely agree, it reminds me of Walt and everything he stood for. Afterall, Walt loved progress ;)

The only thing I'd wish they did was update the last show segment. Ugh, totally screams out early 1990s.

My mom does the same thing about how she saw at the World Fair too. And she makes sure that everyone around us know it too.:confused3

Lets get rid of Pooh. Bring back Mr.Toad. I think he was the love of my life. :lovestruc
And ditch Stitch and bring back Timekeeper. He was the second love of my life.:lovestruc

I thought the "Star Wars" ride at MGM was completely lame. Talkabout unrealistic.

Does anyone know the telephone number for the Disney Mafia???

IASW is a ride where my family goes to relax and enjoy during our trip to WDW. We get on at least 3 times each trip. It's one of our favorites. I personally think that Stitch needs to go, including Indiana Jones at MGM.:bored:

Astro Orbitor needs to go (although I do like how it looks) just don't like the actual ride itself. :scared1:
And also Carousel of Progress. The speedway needs an update. In fact, Tomorrowland needs a major update as its not really about the future anymore. The only parts I like are Buzz and Space Mountain (haven't tried Stitch yet).

Bring back 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Mr. Toad !!!! The memories I have with those two are magical.

I'd have to bid farewell to Honey I Shrunk the Audience & the Indy Speedway. You all probably wouldn't believe me, but the Speedway is definitely one of the most terrifying rides EVER!!

No more sounds dangerous! Also, I would turn the Indiana Jones stunt show and make it into the ride like the one at DisneyLand. Don't get me wrong, when I first went to WDW, It was great but now it's just not that important.

If you don't like a particular attraction, just don't go on it. There are plenty of other attractions for you, and there are many guests such as myself who will ride it. I don't care for the teacups, but I don't advocate removing them, I just don't ride them. JMO
