DDP kid dessert question

Can a child get the adult desserts? For example, at Sunshine seasons is a good array of dessert choices. Can a child get the Strawberry shortcake? What about the at BOG for lunch? Thanks!

It depends on whether the location has a children's menu. If there is no kid's menu, then a child can order from the adult QS menu. If there is a child's menu, then the kid's DDP is limited to the kid's menu choices.

They used to be able to at Sunshine Seasons.

At BOG lunch, children on DDP are not entitled to dessert at all. The children's meals include applesauce, which is considered the DDP dessert. Adding a cupcake or other dessert would cost extra. We do have a few reports from guests who were permitted to order a cupcake for a child on DDP.
