I am an only child who lol has never been to Colorado. My Dad enjoyed a trip their once though. When I was younger I sure did love grilled cheese. I prefer a cold cheese sandwich now.

@TiggerTrigger DH went to undergrad in Gunnison... VERY familiar with the Black Canyon! Also, I don't know what kind of hosta I have as they were a "mixed grab bag" from Spring Hill Nursery, but they grow like crazy. I HAVE found that they are very light-intolerant; the ones in the backyard along the fence, somewhat shaded by trees, didn't do well at all last summer. Maybe your climate is too sunny/hot for hosta to do well?Honorable mentions to the other national parks (especially Black Canyon of the Gunnison), whitewater rafting, Estes Park, the Rocky Mountain National Wildlife Arsenal, the drive in from the southern border through Trinidad, and all of the fun and scenic towns/cities. …Even going west, where the landscape changes more to what you’d expect in Utah and Arizona.
