DDE and alcoholic drinks

Can you use the DDE card if you go into one of the restaraunts listed but do not do sit down dining?

I assume you mean one of the lounges attached to the restaurant, such as the Tambu Longe outside Ohana. If so, yes, you can use the DDE for just drinks at the most lounges like that.
