Randall, Happy Belated Anniversary of your first butt slapping. What a way to be welcomed into the world.

Just got back from a hectic 10 days. The usual chaos of the family vacation came and went with a hotel fire, rain out at Kentucky Kingdom, businesses locked up, and an early return. I took 2 days to get field work caught up followed by a quick 1000 mile trip delivering the kids to the grandparents and back. Hauled a carload of stuff from my parents back that i have no clue where to put it, but it was get it now or get it later. Looking forward to a day in the office tomorrow.

Evening boys from a temperate Boston. Early start tomorrow, Bears tickets for the London NFL games go on sale at 1000 London, so 5 AM here. Fly home tomorrow evening,
So at least I’ll be tired on the plane.

Hello guys....just stopping in to say I'm still alive. Trying to keep my head above water at work all week. A few days away in Houston and it's like trying to dig out from 2 weeks worth of carp.
I had a quick scan through 4 pages I missed and it seems everyone is more or less OK. Travel baton being passed around I see.

Must wish Randall our CBO @Cinderella's Fella a belated happy birthday.

Meetings continue this week on how many to screw over with layoffs. They said they should know by tomorrow. I doubt it.

Another draw back of the vacation. Having to work extra before you go or extra when you return because no one else picked up the slack. That doesn't happen at other jobs, but it is definitely at both of mine.

Top O the Mornin Dads and a happy Friday Eve! This traveling overseas and getting back the night before flying to DaWorld is a royal PITA. Gonna basically pack for DaWorld this weekend and organize things like magic bands, AP passes, TIWL card, etc all before I head to Germany on Monday to make sure I am fully ready rather than trying to do all that stuff late the night before leaving. I know, cray a river over going to DaWorld Have a good one gents!

Safe travels and key is to time the sleeping on the plane. I have some Advil PM for the return flight from Zurich to try and get aligned with WDW time as quick as possible.

Oh that sucks! It is Da Bears though so kinda makes sense. Chicago fans travel incredibly well, especially Bears fans. I read where there were all kinds of Bear fan travel packages being offered.

hi guys! I hope all is well.

I had not the best trip to WDW last week. What makes it bad is that it was my fault it was bad. I just kept doing things wrong.

i forgot my battery charger for my DSLR. And instead of just getting over it, and moving on, I kept carrying a dead camera everywhere, hoping to find someone with a charger. (In retrospect, i should have ordered it from prime the moment i saw i didn't have it. i'd have had it back for our Animal Kingdom day.

Then, we had 2 babies in strollers. One double stroller. again, fine. But we also have 4 older kids. I just did a crappy job making sure everyone was having fun.

Then again, my older kids LOVED the resort. I say this: If i am going to WDW again, and not going to the parks, then AKL is a wonderful resort to hang out at, watch the animals, and then leave to go to do things like play golf, Winter Summerland, or Disney Springs.

But it was still Disney. I just know i could have made it better than it was. And that's the part that sucks most.

When you know how to do it better, and you know you aren't doing it better.

But, I'm eyeing 2 future trips. Possibly 2020 offsite with friends, and then possibly January of 2022. We'll see...

Oh that sucks! It is Da Bears though so kinda makes sense. Chicago fans travel incredibly well, especially Bears fans. I read where there were all kinds of Bear fan travel packages being offered.

There’s a little bit of that mate, but to be fair the real reason is they’ve stuck the bears in the smaller stadium over money. Wembley holds 90 odd thousand and NFL fans of all stripes filled it for between 2 and 4 games 10 years running. Dirty Spurs turn up with their teeny tiny 64000 stadium, so the NFL saw fit to split the season ticket for more money. Therefore 30000 just got the shaft.
