Morning, Gents! Well, I did it. I made my 100 indexed document goal on Thursday! YES!!!! (fist pumping in the air) That honestly came as a a bit of a shock to me because I honestly didn't think I had made it, but I did. I should have reached it yesterday as well, at least according to my calculations. I make marks on a notepad every time I index a document, and I was a bit conservative on making the marks. So, when I reached 100 at the end of the day, I really should have a little more than that. Hopefully...I'll find out Monday. As for the weekend, it'll be filled with cleaning and organizing (the never ending task) and running errands. Well, right, that's it, fellas. Have a good day and we'll chat later. Hopefully see some of you on Zoom tonight.

Afternoon lads from a sunny London, waiting for a blizzard which is apparently on Sunday. Got Monday off, to sleep off the Superbowl. Booked DDCC, and the Lady K has signed it off. Looking at flights, so as long as I'm allowed out of the country, I am there.
Ok, have to ask: What would be considered a "Blizzard" in London? When I think of London, snow isn't the first thing that comes to mind.
This sounds like a super stressful way to work mate. Ease up on yourself a bit. I'm my own harshest critic, but stuff takes time.
Yeah, I know, I'm hard on myself, but I have a strong work ethic that drives me. And I do need to relax a bit.
For me, Monday morning starts in 7 hours.
Happy Monday...hope it's a good one.
If you’re serious, they’re all linked in my signature. Enter at your own risk.
I'll tread lightly. (Puts on his Indiana Jones' fedora hat, whip and gun) Ok, here I go.
I feel 25% more cultured just looking at this photo.
You get that much? Hmmm I must be doing something wrong.
16 years! This requires an intervention.
I've not been in 22 years, though I am working on planning one right now...with the full knowledge and okey-dokey from the Mrs.
Nice. I really don't understand why it's not a national holiday.
It should be.
I find that to be so...the loose teas are less processed and closer to natural state, so the flavor tends to be better
I'll have to give it a try sometime.
But.... it's just starting in 5 hours.
Well...that sucks. Hope you have a good Monday.
Wondered this myself. I too have never been on a cruise.
I've cruised to ports in Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore with the Navy...does that count?
Well, I made it thru my first week of work in 3 months. That's quite an accomplishment.
That's awesome! Pat yourself on the back for making through that first week, which to me is always the hardest because of all the training. I've always wanted to jump right in to a job, so that first week is always tough for me.
We use Epic software, and I'm learning what patient assessment notes I have to complete. Since I'm in discharge planning, I have to coordinate with external agencies & forms as well.
What is it exactly will you be doing? Discharge? I still have access to the Epic Playground where I can continue to train for front desk and registration, which I'm going to continue to train in in case a good opportunity comes along.
Hi Gents,
New to this thread but been on here since 2008 with years of radio silence. Let me see
My name is Josh. I live in Montana have a small family farm. First trip was
Disneyland in 1984. Was a DLR cast member from 1999-2002. Left for the military in mid 2002. First trip to WDW was 2008. Married and 2 sons (3&2). A daughter on the way in 6 weeks. Recently under contact for a DVC contract so I can leave my kids a Disney legacy and alway have memories of Mom and Dad taking them to Hawaii and WDW. Currently a federal employee after a early retirement from the military. Anything else you want to know just ask.
Welcome, Josh. Someone else will probably say it better than me, but the Chief Bacon Officer will be by at some point to give you your official #. And congrats on the little one on the way. That's cool that you've work at the DLR. Never had the opportunity to work in one of the parks, myself, but I use to work for The Disney Stores in Boston. Man I miss working there. Now that I'm not commuting 2 hours to work, I'd work part-time at a
Disney Store if there was one close enough to me.
