Dude. You've met me. Do you really think I could be any more self-involved????Ah geez, that's not going to his head or anything.

Morning, Gents, from a slightly snow covered, and I do mean SLIGHTLY, Cape Cod. It snowed jjjuusssstt enough to make it look pretty. It'll be gone by mid-day. If you remember from yesterday, I said I thought I had hit my 100 indexed document goal...well I didn't. I was about 15 documents off, and I was none too pleased. I was truly irritated, not at anyone or anything, so I'm not mad at my supervisor, just irritated that I thought I had hit my goal and didn't. You see, I tick off on a note pad how many I index, and I thought I had figured out the formulae for the report....apparently I didn't. What I'm trying to is to get an idea of how well I'm doing, and where I stand at certain points in the day, I like to know, and I was annoyed that I didn't make it. Oh well, on wards and upwards. In other news, I got my first of two COVID shots yesterday. I was emailed early afternoon from someone in HR asking if I wanted the shot, so I took it. My arm is a bit sore where the shot went in, but nothing that I can't handle. The second shot will happen the end of Feb/early March. I've been told, and have read, that the second shot really lays you out. Better than actually getting COVID, I guess. Well that's it. Hope everyone has a good day.

You have tea strainers in America, right?
Thank you. I have been stalking this thread since the beginning of the pandemic and maybe before then. My name is Tim and was planning to go to Walt Disney World in April 2020 with my family. We live in southern Maine and hope to go in April 2022. I went 5 or so times before but this will be the first time for my children. Luckily we were fortunate to go on a Disney cruise in February 2018. That is when I first discovered the Dis.
And that's what happens when you have a little temper tantrum.No. They are all in Boston Harbor with the good tea.
I know I rejected the Jets and you are feeling bad about that, but that's no reason to pile onDang it! You beat me to it!
If that's not a reason, I don't know what is!I know I rejected the Jets and you are feeling bad about that, but that's no reason to pile on![]()
Yeah but it's French Canadian. The politeness and humility were reinstated. Possibly as your ancestors sailed past LondonIf that's not a reason, I don't know what is!
Imagine... you... rooting for a French team.
(Says the guy who's part French Canadian.)
Oh, man... you have no idea of the can of worms you're opening.Yeah but it's French Canadian. The politeness and humility were reinstated. Possibly as your ancestors sailed past London![]()
Thanks Mark. @TDR32 if you haven't, look up Mark's TRs. Better than mine. By far.
I have seen Mark's TRs. I enjoy the Homer award and all the wonderful pictures from 49 of the 50 states.
Sports radio said Mahomes was waiting for haircut when team barber found out he was positive for COVID. I wonder if there was even a nanosecond of thought as to whether or not Mahones would be quarentined.
"And when push comes to shove, I'll send an armed batallion to remind you of my love, da da da daaaah, da da da da da da.....,"
Hey! I'm talking french already. Allez Les Habiteurs!
Step right up folks! Come see the pissing contest between the two modest men!Well, that's not true at all. But thank you.
That screams English.View attachment 554307
There you go. Probably the most English photo you will see today......
And you've gotta have a cheeky custard cream with it.
He has a point @declansdadDude. You've met me. Do you really think I could be any more self-involved????
I read something about the barber being stopped mid-cut. They showed a photo of a player with half his head shaved, but I'm pretty sure it was Photoshopped. I was hoping it was true.

Not over here it hasn't. Tax free and taste-eeThat tea has been taxed so much that it has tipped itself over to pour out.
Thank you!Welcome to the club TDR32.
I spend too much time here to be involved in another social site. I live through the trip reports since it has been (takes off a shoe to count) 16 years since I have been to WDW.Welcome the the mothership. We also have a summer home on the book of faces.
Ah geez, that's not going to his head or anything.
I have been on carnival but it was about 30 years ago and I am sure much has changed. My wife and I went on Royal Caribbean for our honeymoon. She wants to do another cruise but she is insisting on Disney. The Disney cruise was multigenerational and was great! In planning a trip to Da World I realize that the cruise and staying on site are about the same when you factor in food. Crazy!Welcome. Never been on a Disney Cruise, just Carnival. I think DW and I will try an all inclusive destination resort before another cruise. I guess the price of airfare may determine that.
I like how the gravitational pull turned this sideways. Is that an England only thing?View attachment 554307

Is it weird that I'm jealous of someone else getting a shot? Anyway, congrats on your first step towards freedom.
@pkondz writes some of the most entertaining TR's on the boards. Sometimes the photoshop makes my old eyes hurt looking for them, though.![]()
That was the disturbing part. Well, that and someone actually was able to get it ON the camel.(doesn't look photoshopped, but possible)
Yes we do and I was going to mention that to him. I like loose leaf for flavor, but not cleanup.
I guess the boss would tell you if 85 was bad. Are some more complicated than others? Is that measured?
It's amazing how much stuff the hospital employee health has access to. Still waiting to hear about the order of my next set of vaccines. DW has struggled with aches and an injection site rash with her first COVID injection.
They were banned by executive order.

Thank you all for the warm welcome into the super secret highly exclusive club. As a welcome offering I have bacon and bourbon. For those that don't imbibe I have a large selection of soda.

It's a cunning plan to convince flat earthers that I am actually at an angle to you guys. Apparently you have a fair few over thereI like how the gravitational pull turned this sideways. Is that an England only thing?
But just to let you know, you are on double super secret probation.super secret highly exclusive club.
This sounds like a super stressful way to work mate. Ease up on yourself a bit. I'm my own harshest critic, but stuff takes time.I, however, am really hard on myself and want to make that 100 document goal quickly. I feel anything less is a failure on my part. So yes, I can be hard on myself.

Afternoon lads from a sunny London, waiting for a blizzard which is apparently on Sunday. Got Monday off, to sleep off the Superbowl. Booked DDCC, and the Lady K has signed it off. Looking at flights, so as long as I'm allowed out of the country, I am there.
