We get there the 8th. If I remember correctly, you are planning on a resort day then and it is a DVC welcome home day. Lets meet there and then stroll down the Boardwalk to a couple of chairs at ESPN. I got the first two or three.

Neither but it would be nice to see a Yankees/Sox love fest.

Quick update before bed...

We were expecting rain on Friday so we didn't want to work out way too far ahead of the planter Thursday night. We didn't get rain today so by the time I got to the field Dad had caught me with the planter.

Very cool. If I ever get up to Indiana, maybe you will let me take a spin on one of those. You are insured right?

Morning dads only two more sleeps till I'm headed to the world. Yesterday the family and I went to the disboards welcome center. I should have taken pictures inside the building but I didn't. This is what I got tho.

I'm almost embarressed to admit I just discoved Dole whips and O'Hana in 2013! !?

That's what we (and the Disboards) are all about. How to have even more fun at wdw. After trying all the combos, I like the dole whip float - swirl soft serve with pineapple juice.

Right now AK is my favorite, but can't beat BLT for the walk to MK! I've yet to stay at WL (at least the DVC portion) BWV, or BCV- so I reserve the right to change my mind!?

I finally made it to all of them @ WDW, and then they go and build VGF.
BLT is the fave, followed by BWV. I liked AKV Kidani (savanna view). The only thing I missed was that extra transportation from a DVC resort. I'm thinking a ski lift from AKV to AKL would be cool.

I'm thinking the 8th is Wed. We were planning resort day with WHW. We have a 6:30 ADR at Captain's Grill as dd wants crab legs. That would be a good drinking day.

Then again, I'm sitting on the couch watching the Players Championship while my wife brings me food, so I'd say things are just fine.

So, younger dd's soccer game was cancelled yesterday, so we made a last minute trip to Louisville for some fun and to visit my mom for mother's day. We did lunch at the Cheesecake factory and saw Captain America: Winter Soldier. I really enjoyed the movie. I also like the plot similarities between the movie and TV show.

Last time I was at Fenway, A-Rod was getting thrown at and getting into a benches clearing brawl…. I need to get back up there.

I don't think there was bad blood, just different philosophies. Mariano practiced & played the game 100% every time out- he strived for perfection and didn't accept anything less. He sees Cano with hall of fame talent that could be a complete player if he wanted to be- but he kinda cruises and doesn't hustle all the time. But Cano is always on the field. He never takes a day off. He is so valuable and puts up crazy numbers that he needs to be on the field.

6 years ago I learned that the hard way! Helped both girls make a present for their mom, she seemed happy till around noon and I asked what was wrong she said " you didn't get me anything" I brilliantly replied " ummm your not my mother" I have never seen fire burn in someone's eyes till that day.

Well fellow dads, because of past failures I refrained from posting any "quitting smoking" post. But I feel like I can safely post that I have been on chantix for 10 days and nicotine free for 3. Overall I feel really good about it and my family and my interest in running/health helps motivate me to keep it up.

That didn't work with my wife either...
I thought my logic was sound.
