You would to if you had to sit next to Kiper and listen to him drone on and on and on and... Surprised Gruden didn't snap him like a twig.

Just looking at his hair would make me snap. He looked the same way '84!

What up? Get that knee better.
Working on it. Still not cleared to run, but I think I'm getting close.

First of all, it isn't red. It is black, yellow and red. If you call it red, it makes it sound like it is one of those other red tractors.
Hey now, those red tractors were started right here in Racine. Some of them still build here, too. Along with their blue corporate cousins.

How is the rehab going. Do you hate your Physical Therapist yet?
Not yet. She's very impressed that I've already regained full range of motion and am doing her exercises with ease. Which means she's going to dig deep into her bag of evil for something to torture me with next week.

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys. Doc says everything went well. Of course, that's a lot easier for him to say.

Then again, I'm sitting on the couch watching the Players Championship while my wife brings me food, so I'd say things are just fine.

Nah… I'm gonna miss you guys by a few weeks. Thinking of Tuesday September 23rd pirate:

Bummer. Make sure you leave the place in good order so we can all enjoy the fun.:lmao::lmao:

Planning on being a tourist while I am there. Game would be great. You get the tickets, Paul gets the beer, I am Ok with that. Thinking of staying at the Holiday Inn near the Garden or an Intercontinental closer to downtown (IHG hotels for points). Any thoughts?

Going to make a decision next week or so and will let you know.

The Intercontinental is right on the common and is a much nicer hotel. I'm sure the rates reflect that. The two are probably a 10 minute walk from each other. I have never stayed at the HI there, but I would assume it's pretty typical. If cost is not a concern, I would probably go with IHG, and get the points.

I'll work on getting the tix and let you know. I am around and pretty sure I can get us in. Hey Paul? You around?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh… It looked red to me. I'll blame the poor lighting. Stop taking pictures of your tractor at 1am. :scratchin
Well, there is a lot of red on it. But when you say "red" tractor farmers take that to mean it is a Case International, and I can assure you we have none of those on our farm.

Here's a picture of it parked in the shop.

That shiny green tractor costs $300K? Sweet. I'll take 2! :duck:
Well, not quite $300K, but closer to 300K than 200K. :faint:

I enjoy the posts, I like to learn about things.

I always enjoy seeing what is going on at the farm.
Thanks guys. Obviously something I care a lot about and I do enjoy sharing it. I just appreciate you all putting up with it. :thumbsup2

You mean those Fiat tractors??? :confused3 :rolleyes1

:lmao::lmao: He's a brand now. Can't change the image.

Just wait until you see some of the cruel exercises they come up with. I'm have a couple that are still brutal that I am doing twice a week. And that was 2 years ago for my injury.:scared:

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys. Doc says everything went well. Of course, that's a lot easier for him to say.

Then again, I'm sitting on the couch watching the Players Championship while my wife brings me food, so I'd say things are just fine.

Glad everything went well. You do realize this is all part of her plan right?:lmao::rotfl2::lmao:

I got the nurses all to agree that this counts as a Mother's Day gift.:thumbsup2

(Oh, but I'm glad everything came out OK. At at least got snipped up OK)

Gentlemen....I wash my hands of this weirdness.

I am heading home for the weekend. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Now you can return that vacuum you bought her.:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Medical torture. Who would have thought that degree was available. Glad your knee is better.

Then again, I'm sitting on the couch watching the Players Championship while my wife brings me food, so I'd say things are just fine.

Just don't let the kids jump on the couch and land on those frozen pees.

Thanks. I really do get that. Even though I have another full time job that pays most of the bills, I get a far greater sense of accomplishment from the work I do on the farm. It wears me out, can be stressful and frustrating at times, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

It is cool that you can do that. I always enjoyed going to my grandpa's farm. It was a small farm (25 acres) for personal use and trading with other farmers. I enjoyed the land.

Would that be 10/5? I'll have to go look at the list. Norm and I will be there on the 5th representing Team Sparrow!

Aye!

Looks like we will be there 10/13 because of DD's break schedule. Higher end, price wise and middle of the pack with crowds.

What day are we drinking?

How do I initiate a download? Do I uninstall and then reinstall? Remember- I'm new to this whiz-bang smartphone world.

Keep using the phrase whiz-bang smartphone. That's what all the hip kids are saying. :lmao:

Ok, I hope I didn't bore everyone. I just thought I'd share a little bit about what I do when I'm not thinking about our next Disney trip. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Thanks for the pictures. On another note, I had hoped I would inherit my grandpa's farm after he died. Instead, the family, my mom included, gave the farm to his daughter/my aunt who lives in San Francisco. She never has any intent of ever living, visiting, etc. It was just a way to prevent me from having it.

:rotfl2:
Or maybe "The Way You Make Me Feel"......

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

Or "Man in the Mirror".:lmao::lmao::lmao:

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

Looks like the Sox are playing Toronto at home on those days. Do you have time to take in a game? If you do, I'll see if I can get tickets for the 29th or 30th. Paul can come to. We'll sit you between us so you can be part of our Championship discussions.:lmao::lmao: If not, we'll plan something based on your schedule.

:thumbsup2 I enjoy sitting next to CJ and drinking beer while watching Boston sporting events. ::yes:: The last time was a blast! :rotfl2:

If he gets the tickets, and I get the beer, what do we need you for exactly? :confused3

And please don't say "the company"...

;)

I'll work on getting the tix and let you know. I am around and pretty sure I can get us in. Hey Paul? You around?

I am. All joking aside, that would be awesome. :thumbsup2

Glad it went well, and there were no "slip ups"...

Looks like you've got a nice relaxing weekend ahead of you! :thumbsup2

That's an awful painful gift, they didn't use the below on ya did they?

Hello Everyone,
Brand new dad here to a 10 week old boy- Already have BLT booked 12/6-12/12 (anyone who ownes DVC knows I had to do it a couple of months before the little guy was born!)

Just saw this thread when I was looking for tips about flying and thought I would pop in and say hi :wave2:

Take it easy on the running part even after they clear you. Be careful of the PT. She is lulling you into a sense of comfort and self confidence. There will soon come a day when she turns into Nurse Ratchet. If she doesn't, she isn't doing her job. Either that or my PT people got tired of seeing me.

Glad it went well. As for presents, did they record the operation? If they did, I would give her the DVD and say, "Happy Mother's Day, no more chance of morning sickness.

That's an awful painful gift, they didn't use the below on ya did they?

Disney has a souvenir for everything. Happy Mickey's Not So Scary, Very Merry Vasectomy Day, Mark. :lmao:

Well played.
And also well played.

What day are we drinking?

Other than the probable MNSSHP on the 13th, absolutely no plans right now for the October trip. I am open to suggestions. Maybe an afternoon at ESPN?

Both HI and IC are both points eligible so it is a question of $. If I am there three days it will be the HI, two I can see staying at the IC. I started looking at flights and may book something next week. Hold off on using your capital with the company until it is definite. Can you arrange for them to play someone other than the Blue Jays? If not, I can say hello to some former Marlins. Even if they were only there for a few weeks.

:thumbsup2 I enjoy sitting next to CJ and drinking beer while watching Boston sporting events. ::yes:: The last time was a blast! :rotfl2:

Company? Do you expect me to actually talk to you? I will be there to add class and panache to the gathering. Told the Pirate Princess I will probably be going to Boston and may run into you. She said, "Great. Can you deliver a present for me?"

We leave on the 10th.

Welcome. Dues are payable in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. You mail enough for 800 to me, and I will distribute them to all the dads. Trust me. :lmao:

The chief bacon officer will be around to give you a membership number. I own at BWV, although BLT is my favorite DVC resort. We have yet to stay at VGF. Jump on in and post away.
