Sorry about the audit. I'm pretty sure I would just send them a check and be done with it. Who knows what else they'll "decide" needed an adjustment. Good luck finding the information and getting it resolved.

That was my initial thought. When I do my taxes, I consider it my initial offer to the government. If they accept, then so be it. First audit ever.

Yes and no. They changed the rules a few years ago so resales cannot use points for anything outside DVC resorts. As an example, you cannot use points for a DCL Cruise. Which is no big deal to me because that isn't a good use of points. At the resorts, reservations, privileges, discounts, booking dates etc., are the same as someone that bought points from Disney.

Yeah I dont think I would really care about that. We would want to stay at DVC resorts anyways. I started reading through the DVC thread only made it 10 pages in and decided I needed a break. That and I think I want to look at some resale sites some more. Do a little math.

She made it home around 12:30 and I finally went to bed at 3:00. Clyde is asleep on the couch surrounded by barb wire with the mutt I did not want guarding him. Did not feed the dog last night and he has this look while he eyes the kid's leg. They got home hungry of course so he ate all my stuff, she had fried rice I made for the other night. Almond milk crap was not touched but put in the fridge. She is lucky I let her put it in there.

No Tofurkey for Christmas. I am still deciding on what to have (I am thinking dead cow) but her "entree" is going to be some kale, spinach, cheese thing they have at a Trader Joe's that just opened up.

Have you given the "Rules for Dating my Daughter" to Clyde yet? Also, does he help with the "right turn" like his namesake?

Great seeing you again and the restaurant was very good despite my misgivings. May take the kid there. We screwed up and didn't take a pic but WTH. Give the kids a hug especially my girl. Cold snap right now, we are currently in the 70's but it is expected to get in the high 50's tonight.

Oh well. I know you didn't want me to break your camera. Passed on the extra hug to your girl, she wanted to know why the shiv? I told her that was from uncle CJ.

Stay warm, you don't want to get frostbite out there.

Got back from the grocery store and came home with a 5 pound hunk of meat. Standing rib roast for Christmas. $60 but on sale for $40.

I got a 100 point contract at BWV for $6700 resale. I was thrilled. We have a family of 4 & was happy staying in regular rooms at the value resort. BWV was a major upgrade. BLT is my favorite, but it costs more. The Boardwalk is a great area with walking to two parks. Trading out for other stuff was not a consideration.

Well... Left our living room that has a fireplace where I was warm and cozy last night to go to bed and found the rest of the house was 65 degrees. Furnace quit!!!
Plugged in a space heater and cranked the fireplace. Messed around with the furnace for a hour and gave up, had a guy in today who gave me the great news that the heat exchanger is cracked in two places. Unit is about 25 years old so I was expecting it at some point, just not a week before Christmas and on the coldest nights of the year so far. Arrrgggghhh!!
