The second tropical storm of the 2013 hurricane season is named Barry. Insert clever jokes.
Barry is so full of hot air that even the frozen tundra has thawed

Do they have to be clever?![]()
You've read my jokes. What do you think?
Just kidding. When you cruise with Disney, you can book another cruise while still on-board and get 10% off. Most of the time, you don't know when you'll be cruising again, so they book some random cruise in the future for you - a dummy cruise that you won't end up going on. When you get home and decide when you want to cruise again, you call them up and transfer your booking to the new dates. Since you are just changing the reservation that was booked onboard, the 10% discount goes with it.
Now, I just have to take a cruise to book a cruise. I've been looking at using my DVC points for a cruise. For just DW and I for a 3 day cruise over our anniversary, it would be 150 points. So, we wouldn't have to pay for a cruise, but would have to do airfare. It would be a long drive for 3 nights.

I have to pick her up tonight after work. she works till 1:30am but im not holding my breath.she is going to call me when she punches out, till she walks thru the tunnel and gets the bus. a few things I didn't know, unless your in upper management, everyone takes a bus into the mk that drops you off at the tunnel entrance. yes, I said tunnel. my entire life I was told, utilidor, nope, cms call it a tunnel or one. the park is two and the offices above the main street buildings are three.
I asked her how is the cafeteria? messed up again, that is a mousecateria.![]()
she was talking to tammy on her lunch break last night. she muddered something about staying and her and one of her friends that she works with and hangs out with get an apartment together and going for full time jobs.
that's today, tomorrow may bring something new. tammy and I were talking tonight and if she decides to stay, work full time, we are going to look at condos close by. it would be cheaper then renting at this point. I would look into it but we are thinking maybe the three of us would buy something, she could live in it, pay the bills and get a roommate if she wants.
she could take classes on line, she has another two years to go for her ba.
so we will see what she plans on doing. she has only been her a month and yes, the magic is gone.its a job.
but, we are not wealthy so she has to work, if you have to work why not do it here.
the same problems you have here are the same you will run into any where.
Seabrook! 'Hawks win!!

I guess they need to be clean though
The cost of the flights were always what we looked at when thinking about a cruise. After looking at the price of the cruise and the airfare together we always make the decision to spend it at WDW and save some $$. Now if the cruise were free, I could see the decision being a lot simpler.
A condo sounds like a good idea if Brianna decides to stay and work. I know a few people with Condo's in the area that rent them out when they are not there. They're not decked out Disney, but very nice. Some even have their own little pool attached. Good luck.
You should think about having a DISDad's guest room in the condo, Dave...![]()
Good morning!
Um... could we make this a MANLAW???
Any Disdad who gets a condo near Disney property must maintain a guest room for visiting Disdads.![]()
DisDad approved. Maybe even close to a manlaw. "if you have to work, do it at WDW!". What say you?
Great idea
I second it![]()
And, some more humor? A family really thinks it will win a lawsuit against the corporate Mickey lawyer? No chance
That was the first thing they yelled. Not are you ok? But I'm gonna sue!!!
I would love to see how many law suits are brought up against them. Or, do you think there isn't a lawyer around who would take a case like that? People are nuts!!! If I did that when I was a kid, my dad would have had said good for ya!! Won't do that again will you? Lol
That's part of a commercial, I want to say Tim Hortons... Just checked, it's a Midas commercial..Hey Canadian guys...one of my buddies at RCMP sent me this...

Ok guys, At one time Man Laws were things that could and should be followed by us DISDads. This one doesn't seems to fit that mold. So, I need a third and a fourth to make this a Man Law. Also, if I get a Condo in Fl, by WDW, I will be breaking it!![]()
Sounds like my dad too...

I told you I would second it only for camper hookups at CJ's or Oscar's.
