Almost booked a last minute trip to the world this coming weekend. We choose to wait and try to go later this summer. It was a fun exciting hour or two as we talked about it.

David posted on FB yesterday, and thought I would add a few.
Met up with David and his family at the Louisville zoo.

We lost the dds. It's like the had some camouflage.

No animals getting funky. We did enjoy a behind the scenes tour with David's cousin. This one did give us a good pose.

On to the Cheesecake Factory, where yes, I ate the whole thing.

And, to end the day, a trip to the Disney Store.

And yes, we were both there.

Another great day with David and his family. Heading for breakfast in hotel lobby and then to visit parentals for last day of Spring Break.

I kinda like the term of ManLaw. It rolls off the tongue a bit better. Maybe if we changed it to DisDad ManLaws. That way it still says that they are for us. Still, we are men! (That last part sung in my head from Mulan)

Good morning fellow dads, hope all is well, going to the movies this weekend with a lovely woman (not my mom ) we are both horror movie fans so we are checking out the Evil Dead remake, both of us are fans of the original. I wanted to also go see JP 3D on Saturday but she declined my double feature idea.

When do we get pics of the girlfriend? I remembered the Evil Dead movies as well.

We took the day off yesterday to go visit my brother and SIL and see their newborn daughter. They'd had a real struggle becoming pregnant and were resigned to never being able to have a baby, so it was a thrill for them to finally be able to concieve. It's amazing how fast you forget what it's like to hold a newborn.

Congrats to them. I remember the diaper changing, too. No more for us.

Nice job guys! OK, Philip is off the hook for not having a picture.

Wow, Norm is a busy guy. Philip yesterday, you today. I can't wait to see who's next.

It is nice to get to meet up with you guys. Most don't understand Disney magic.

And the funny thing about the picture is, it looks alittle blurry, but that's just how I really look haha

I am super excited about the ~10% chance of being able to change our 7-night WDW summer vacation to a DCL 8-night cruise on April 26th (this year!) so I have to come share. How sad is that? (Being excited at a slim chance, I mean.)

So an update on the home front here. Re-entry from vacation mode has sucked. We had a great time in Hawaii but the 5 hr time change has kicked us where it hurts. Last night I was finally able to get 5 hrs of sleep (normal for me is 6-7) after 3 and 4 hrs the 2 previous nights. DD(10) has had a rough transition with homework piled on and then not being able to fall asleep until after 11pm (normal is 8:30 - 9). Hopefully this weekend will correct our clocks.

I like the term ManLaws, but i will say that our current set of laws relates a lot more to Disney than just straight up man-stuff. DisDad laws seems to make more sense...

Update: DW is getting excited about this cruise! We should know later tonight if it is going to work for us. She has been emailing me about how we could surprise the kids with it and how we would have to go to MK and DHS during our day at WDW. Lucky for us, TP recommends MK and DHS on the day we will be there (if we get to go.)
