Planning is so much fun. Our 180 mark is Sunday or Monday. I'll be calling for BoG and CRT breakfast and post our October plan.

It was a little stressful trying to figure the logistics of a dog sitter and hotel, it would have been a fun trip.
But we will get down soon. I have no worries.

What a game. Congrats to the Shockers who raised my blood pressure. A great win for UL and only one more game to go.

Glad to see the birds survived. There is still hope for my bracket.

Morning guys,

Up early getting some chores done. Lousy weather here today. Floods, famine and pestilence. Actually today is going to be one of those, "Gee, we should load up the trailer and camp out on someone's lawn days."

What a game. Congrats to the Shockers who raised my blood pressure. A great win for UL and only one more game to go.

Both ended up to be good games although I was rooting for Syracuse. It should be an interesting final.

We did that one year - booked a week at POP with 2 months out and finally got an ADR at CRT Breakfast calling at a McDonald's on the drive down. (The ADR was th next day.).

Glad to see the birds survived. There is still hope for my bracket.

I think I can move into the top 10 with my bracket if UL wins.

I kinda like the term of ManLaw. It rolls off the tongue a bit better. Maybe if we changed it to DisDad ManLaws. That way it still says that they are for us. Still, we are men! (That last part sung in my head from Mulan)

I second the DisDad ManLaws concept. Makes it sound official and all.



DS had his first two baseball games yesterday. We lost both games, but will build on the positives. I don't coach baseball so just a spectator. Totals for DS in both games were:

Batting 1-2 (.500) with a walk, RBI, stolen base - got stranded on third both times on base.
Pitching 1 inning, 1K, i hit and no runs allowed.

Good day for him. He was supposed to play more, but the coaches screwed up and didn't know the substitution rules. As a result, two of the better players (one be DS) had to sit out most of the second game. The coach apologized and I just told him "live and learn, no worries".

Off to Long Island, NY on Friday to play a tournament at Baseball Heaven.

A nice relaxing day - cut my hair and fingernails and laundry from my pseudo staycation - until technology day. As DW is going to DC with oldest next week, and asked me to upload/ backup pictures from phone. I asked her when the last time she backed them up. She didn't know. Answer - November 2011. Grrrr....

There was over 1 GB of pictures and video I had to upload and sort. Now, drinking a smoothie and watching the Lakers at Clippers until Mass tonight.

Pretty close. The only thing better would be in my camper, living off the grid in CJ's back yard, mooching water, electricity, cable, food, and beer of CJ. Yeah, I have a plan. DW will not let me implement it.

Had a great long weekend, did the road trip with the family to Parris Island SC to watch a family friend graduate from USMC boot camp, then spent the following day in Savannah with a friend from High School. What a beautiful city, if you guys ever get the chance then please check it out!!
