Sounds like one of those sneaky wife traps-- you come home with it and you never live it down, you come home without it and she throws you a curve asking why you didn't get it.... I've seen that one before

Went to Micro-Center today and almost bought a desktop. It was their store brand "PowerSpec" I-5 processser, 8 GB Ram, 1 terabyte hard drive, $374.00. It was an open box.

I may have to go back and get it tomorrow. It wll be my new work computer, it comes loaded with microsoft professional operating system which is what I need for our network. I'll still have to buy word, exel, etc. so I'm looking at a few hundred more by the time I'm done.

I am using (our) lap top for the first time to get on Dis Dads. My wife is always on it and I never get a chance to use it. This is so much easier to see and use than being on my iphone. I should really think about getting my own Mac. I had a PC when I was finishing school but it has died and my current job does not require such high tec equipment. I had an ipod to use for a while and that was fun. with the new ones getting ready to come out I might be able to afford a 2 when the 3 r for sale. Have a good night.

Rumor has it that the iPad2 will go down to $299.99 when the iPad3 comes out next month. Might be a good alternate depending what you need it for.
