Were moving slow for a Sunday, I played in the snow with my DD's and had lunch and only had one page to catch up on. I like this pace I don't miss anything this way.
DW is having a hard time keeping our secret from the DD's. Of corse I made pancakes with Mickey ear design in them and Mickey grill cheese yesterday. If these things don't start getting them suspicious I don't know what will I think I need to tone it down a little or the they will get wise to us.

OH MY GOODNESS. I must admit, fallen in love with Aulani. I absolutely hated to leave it. I'm back on the mainland now, getting ready for the Happiest Place on Earth for the next 3 days. (I'm here - but in the room getting some stuff done before going and having some fun). Excited to see the completed projects at the DL Hotel, and enjoying my beloved Grand Californian once more.

Aulani truly is magical. It was very hard to describe to my brother over the phone - but when he walked in to the Lobby, and I gave him a tour - he too was enchanted by it. He went over a few times during construction to tell me how progress was going, but hadn't been back to Ko Olina since before the resort opened. I am so ready to go back.

I got a tour of the DVC Grand Villas yesterday before leaving. There are 21 - 18 of which have direct ocean front views. The other 3 are basically too low down to have a view. All of the "oceanview" rooms that are not GV's - are angled, and have somewhat of an oceanview. The GV's are straight on, with 5 sliding doors - all looking directly at the lagoon and the ocean. Here's a few shots of the view - these were all taken on the 10th floor:

Nice. I prefer to use a baseball bat. Gives it the personal touch.

Watching the Heat/Bulls game. Brian, are you watching? Now new member Brian but the Brian that bet the Bulls over the Heat in the playoffs last year. Good game.

Dinner tonight is bacon cheddar burgers and onion rings. Store bought onion rings unfortunately. Well. back to the game 89-84 Miami.

EDITED: Heat win but it was a crazy finish. Fun to watch.

Yeah, I'm watching. Still a 4 point game. Go Bulls!

A young man came over to pick up my friends daughter, while they were waiting for her to come down. He reached in his pocket and tossed the kid a bullet. The kid cought it and looked at it and my buddy said, "the next one will be coming much faster.":rotfl2:

Welcome back! Can't wait to see Disneyland photos.:cool1:

Bah! Good game by the Heat, but I think the refs were a bit biased but tight finish. Glad to see that my Bulls never gave up even when the lead got upwards of 10.
