I have a little time this evening so I thought it would be good to post a few updates:
DW: My DW had the last of her 25 scheduled radiation treatments yesterday. She is feeling better in some ways and worse in others, specifically the numbness in her legs and feet, which seems to be spreading. We were told she could start to see some improvement in about 10 days or so but there is no quarantee the numbness will subside or that her nerves will return to "normal". She's glad to be done with the radiation.
[Blue Angels: Our son completed his first year with the Blues, which turned out to be very successful despite the resignation of their CO in May. David is now the 1-Alpha Geek, or the lead Crew Chief for the commanding officer's jet, blue jet #1. That should mean he gets to pick his shows for the upcoming 2012 season, one of which is Hawaii in September!

Well, Ethan brought home a letter this evening adressed to "The Parents of...." . I was sick. When you get a letter like that it is usually not a good thing..however, this time is was great! We was chosen as the December character counts winner for his school. Each month a kid is chosen that reflects that character word...this months word is "Caring"...I was so proud of him. That child has one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen in a child. I know we have a brag thread...but I wanted to share here where there is more traffic LOL Ok call me a show off!

I'm back (as of last Friday night) and I'm curious about something different.

There we go - now, we're booking a vacation for our friends for a 4 night Bahamanian cruise on DCL and we have a question about transportation. We have a lot of family in the area and are probably going to drive to FL before our trip. That said, is there somewhere that we can do long term parking @ Port Canaveral or do we need to have someone drop us off?

The last 24 hours have been a whirlwind.
7:00 PM - First basketball practice (coaching Upwards)
8:00 AM Drop kids off at home and drive 4 hours (+time change)
1:00 to 7:00 AM sleep
8:30 to 4:00 conduct training session
4:00 to 7:00 (time change) drive home and pick up child from Nutcraker rehearsal

Only a few activities for child wearing a boot due to stress fracture.

Not even going to try and catch up right now. Late breakfast with Lilo & Stich, then checked out the gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian. Back to the hotel for a bit of "rest" (aka building a fort out of pillows and ponchos) before heading to MK for the Christmas party. Brought the son back after Wishes, and DS was out and in the stroller, so DW kept her.

Tomorrow is AK in the morning, Epcot by noon, and then the adults in our group are hiring a Fairy Godmother and heading off to Jiko. (ANd probably coming back eventually.)

Ohhhh wilderness lodge... My wife and I stayed there for our first ever visit to the mouse,!!
