I'm back. I'll probably be around more later.
Thanks again for all of your generous support. And once again, my apologies for my role in that little fiasco.

Welcome back Aaron. Glad to have you back.

Very glad to see you back Aaron.

It wasn't just you - I'll shoulder some of the blame.

As Rafiki (not Barry) says - Learn from the mistake, and keep the past behind you.

at least they had a tv!!! my inlaws dont watch tv. they have a small 13 inch in the family room(down stairs)so my mother-in-law can watch the stock market but thats it. :sad2: they live in the woods so at least in the summer we sit outside on there huge deck and i can count the leafs when my father-in-law isnt showing me his garden. :lmao: i laugh, he plants this garden in the spring, spent 90 percent of the time at the shore all summer and cant figure out why nothing grows. :lmao: "must be the oak trees around here".:lmao:
he shot a deer this year so that took two hours of the day him telling the story. he started telling me and i said, "wait, let me use the bathroom quick." once he starts, it was going to take some time to get through it. popcorn::

My FIL lives far enough out in the country that we can deer hunt from the kitchen, although, we prefers sitting in the barn, with the concrete floor and a heater. He works at alumunum factory swing shift, shoes horses (drives to other farms with his equipment), grows a garden, and gets 4 hours of sleep per night. He built most of his house. I got tired writing all that.

Welcome home.

Thanks for the welcomes.

Also, I think the thread about a Dis Dads gift exchange might have gotten lost in the drama of the last couple of days. If you're interested in participating, please sign up and also post in that thread, so we can have an idea of how many are in.

Welcome back Aaron!

Doc (Chris) - professional question :)

Ventolin - side affects? I've been asthmatic most of my life - it comes and goes with the season, but this is the time of year it hits.

I've been taking Ventolin (2 puffs when needed - about every 6 hours) - and lately I am having fast heart palpitations. Almost like nervousness or anxiety, or kinda like drinking way to much coffee.

Is this normal?

The lights look geat Dave!!!!! I will try to get some pictures as soon as I get all the lights up!!!

I was not feeling really up to it but had promised Lauren to go and see The Muppets....she fell asleep LOL:rotfl2: The things we do fo rour kids:thumbsup2 Tomorrow Ethan has another basketball game at 2 so it is a busy weekend ...going to have to time the percosets to be able to make all the games and other things on the agenda!

Yes, this is expected (ventolin relaxes bronchoconstriction in your lungs but works like adrenaline and causes your heart to race). Every 6 hours is a lot. Maybe you need a better maintenance controller medication this time of year. At our age, palpitations can be unsafe. If it persists, there is another rescue medication (similar to ventolin) called Xopenex that doesnt cause as much heart palpations. If you start having chest pain or any other scary symptoms (sweating, shortness of breath, arm pain), seek better help than me!
