I just canceled our Le Cellier reservation for our last day in October (someone will probably be delighted that I did! ) because I was able to book Via Napoli online this morning. We are looking forward to trying this new restaurant!

Thanks! A few times I wish I had my Nikon but I was mostly happy I wasn't lugging it around!

Bernadette - I might have missed something somewhere, but what's the "list" mentioned in your MK pictures. I didn't realize that the Pinnochio float was back in the MSEP! What about the Peter Pan ship and/or Snow White and the Dwarves in the mine cars?

Joe & I were doing a photographic scavenger hunt on the photo board here on the Dis. It is a ton of fun and it is really cool to see what others have been posting-especially those in other countries and there are some VERY good photographers there too. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2477876

I can't say for sure about Peter Pan-I didn't take any photos but I'll look at Lizzy's photos. I had heard that not all floats are there. I did take photos of Snow White adn the Dwarves but those didn't come out very good. I did love the mine cars but just couldn't capture them in photos.

I thought your MSEP pictures came out nice. My camera cannot take a good night shot like that.

Speaking of cameras....The Beach Club called me this morning to tell me they had found my charger & they are mailing it to me. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the BC!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be writing a very nice letter & sending it to the BC general manager as well as guest communications regarding our entire experience there.

Morning! I was out driving around this morning and noticed a noise coming from my car- now I'm sitting at the car dealership since my warranty is up at the end of the month-- so much for leaving for the beach early this morning !!

Anne Marie-I thought those MSEP photos were pretty good without a tripod from a pocket size point & shoot. Better than I was expecting to get. YEAH for the Beach Club!

Jen-good luck with the car! Hope it is a quick, free under waranty fix! Hope you get to the beach soon!


I'm up, showered, and dressed. We'll leave within an hour to go to the doctor. DH will drop me off then drop off the kids at his mother's then go for a physical for himself-about a block from her house. My SIL will pick me up and bring me to MIL's as my appointment should go quicker. I told DH he has to tell his doctor about his hearing problem. He says he only has trouble hearing when people mumble. Noone else tells me I mumble. I told him it isn't safe for him to say not be able to understand a word the pilot says on the plane. I really don't get the stigma with hearing problems. I really believe if I had a hearing problem I would get help for it.

Back from the doctor. My foot looks awesome!!! Virtually no swelling-it was much more swollen in May. And the bunion is gone. I can not believe how good it looks. Doctor was very happy to see I've been following his instructions. I have an appointment for him to take out the stitches next Friday. He seemed concerned that I wanted to go back to work on 8/16 but for some reason thought I worked on my feet so once he heard that I was mostly sedentary he was OK. He said I should still stay off it a lot but need to move around a bit for my muscles. It is a little now after being out & about but still better than it was in May.

Are they in sealed packages so that you don't know what you're getting? If so, I didn't realize that!

There are several vinylmation series. Each series has 11 possibilities that are shown on the display box plus one chaser that is not pictured. You have no idea which one is in the sealed box until you purchase and open it. The stores that sell vinylmation have a mystery case with 24 compartments. You can choose a number and trade blindly for whatever is behind that number. They also have a clear box with 3 in it and you can trade for on of those if you see one that you like. Addictive, like pin trading

I'm glad the foot is doing well. Pan and Hook were in the paradeon the ship and Smee was is a rowboat behind them (I think)

We're on the road. We're about an hour south of Savannah. We decided to hit the safari and Everest before heading out this morning. We had dinner at Chic Fil-A. So good. Different then the airport branches.

I think I still have a few more weeks of recovery ahead of me but it was exciting to see how good it look. I would expect a bit of swelling next week as I try to walk a bit more. I'm very pleased with the progress in just a few days.
