Oh, I did have a piece of good news yesterday! My dad received a check for 3 million dollars yesterday to help with the building of his new theater! He needs 33 million dollars, and already has 17 million, so this 3 more came at a great time! The 50th anniversary of the Festival will be in 2011, so the hope is that they will have the new theater built and running by then! Keep your fingers crossed that this latest donation sparks others!!!

I was wrong yesterday about the fish in my office. Funny thing is someone else started talking about them at lunch today. I guess the "old" fish died about 4 years ago so this is a new batch. They are all big but one is HUGE!!!

I noticed Kodak is having a special on photo books. I got 25% off on mine but would have been better off on this new deal of free extra pages up to 80.

Actually they are pretty good about eating their veggies but I cannot get them eat fruits!

I did take the skins off & then the pea splits into 2 parts which he gobbled up right away. I started with leaving the skins on & he kept spitting them out..

Yes, I spent way too much time on this fish. Maybe I should have another baby.

I have a baby I will share with you.

Pixie ate at 9 AM. She played on her activity mat for a bit, we went to the grocery, came home and put things away, gave Princess a snack, dressed her for ballet, got BACK in the car. Pixie was awake the ENTIRE time. She NEVER stays awake for 3 solid hours.

She slept through the first 35-40 minutes of ballet. Ballet is 45 minutes. Of course she woke up at the VERY end and was STARVING. So she ate 2 oz, but then the girls came out and she was too distracted to put the bottle back in her mouth. So we came home. Of course in the car she decided she was STARVING and it was HORRIBLE to be back in the car. She is finally asleep now.

DH and DS are at the vet with Aurora. She has some sort of sniffling, sneezing ailment. When she was about a year old the vet said she has feline herpes, which manifests as respiratory stuff. I am assuming that is her problem now. But she has been sniffly for a couple of weeks so we wanted him to take a look at her. She will be 5 in the next couple of months so we figured she could use a check-up anyway. Since our cats are 100% indoors (no exposure to other animals or fleas or anything) we only vaccinate them every other year.

Good morning.

This morning we have a Student of the Month breakfast at school. Nicholas was chosen by his classmates for the month of December. The word of the month was HONESTY. That is what Alyssa got chosen for last year. After that I'm going to do some furniture shopping. My parents gave me money for Christmas to buy a new rocker/recliner, so I'm going to see what's out there. I really want leather, so I may need to add a bit more to what they gave me, but it was very generous of them. I still need to get a new entertainment center for the tv I got last summer. Everyone is trying to talk me into mounting it on the wall, but I'm just not sure if I like that look. I like having an entertainment center where I can put knick knacks and such. I have what I want in mind, but I just can't seem to find it.

Congrats to Nicholas!!! I just got a new tv and everyone was trying to convince me to mount it on the wall, but like you, i just dont know if i like that look either..hope you can find what you want!
