Debbie,
More sweet pictures.

Tammi,
Alyssa cracks me up!

Marci,
Congrats to Andrew!

Elizabeth,
Yay no more play group.

Robyn,
WTG on the weight loss..I have lost alittle mojo but haven't given up.

Deb,
Hang in there..It will come off. Plateaus can ber very frustrating.

Elin,
Happy Birthday to YourBob.

Jennifer,
Hoping Elise will be feeling better soon.

Lindsay,
Hope the meds help your morning sickness.

thanks for the dittoable!!:cutie:

Lindsay I hope the meds keep working for you :wizard:

Speaking of hair cuts, I really need one myself :rolleyes1

Kelli,
:wizard: for Stephanie.

Thanks everyone about the house..we do have a #3 lined up of 2 doesn't work out. However I think it will as it's priced right for the market. House #1 was priced $115,000 over its comps.

$115,000??????:scared:

Good Luck on the second house offer

WOW! Go away for a weekend and then get sick for a few days, and you miss a lot around here!

Dh knew that I was really sick when I didn't even have the energy to ready the DIS boards.

Lindsay-- CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

WELCOME AUBREY MARIE!!!

Jennifer, I hope that Elise is feeling better very soon! It is so hard to watch little ones not feel well. They just can't understand.

Anne Marie, my fingers are crossed for house #2!!! The amount that house #1 is overpriced is more than my house is worth! I have loved my kids having the week off, though I think I wasted most of it being sick. Next year our district will not have the Feb break, but I haven't seen the rest of the calendar yet.

Deb, I hope that your kitty is better soon and that you find a way to keep his care costs low.

Amy, I am so sorry that your house is sick. So far, it hasn't hit anyone except me. I have my fingers crossed that I'm the only one.

Theresa, I think about you often and hope that spring brings new life to you.

Bernadette, your pictures are terrific! I really want a dSLR...oh, you've hear that before. :rotfl:

Tom, yours are great, too! Leighanna's outfits are spectacular.

Elizabeth, I wish I could offer to take that Sony off your dh's hands, but the budget here just isn't going to stretch in that direction.

Kelli, sorry to hear that Stephanie is sick. I hope she's better soon!

Robyn, great job on the weight loss!

Tammi, congrats to Alyssa! Have fun at GWL!

Janet, congrats to Garrett on passing the permit exam.

We're heading to my parents' house today. We have to be back here on Saturday, so it's a quick trip. We'll have a house guest when we come back. We're dogsitting for my parents so that they can spend almost a month in Florida. I want to spend a month in the sun!

I think there was more, but my brain seems to be lost again...

Beth

It is one thing I can't sympathize with.....my legs are the whitest they've ever been and they are still fairly dark. Don't shoot me.

My legs are glowingly white, but they are never uncovered. (Except at TL and I just try not to think about it or I'd never, ever be in a swim suit.) On the bright side, my legs are almost hairless so I very rarely have to shave.

Good Morning All-

Today was the first day all week that there has been any jobs to apply to. It is for a foundation that I read about last year and said "I want to work for them" and viola! there is an ad for a programs assistant. :goodvibes

I am still deep in a funk but at least I recognize where I am and am trying to rectify it.

Off to do the news for TMFL!

Marci - Congrats to Andrew on his grades! And sounds like a good weekend for Jake too!

Anne Marie - Good luck on the housing bid for #2.

Kelli - I hope Stephanie is feeling better this afternoon.

Lindsay - :yay: for meds working!

Tammi - I hope you all have a wonderful time at GWL.

Lindsay and Jonathan, I am so very happy for you two!!!!!

Make it till Sept 28 (that is my birthday)!!!!!!!!!!

I think Sept 18th would be the perfect day. Stephanie and I share that day

Woo hoo!!! :dance3:

You can do it, Jen!

Jonathan is exercising like a fiend right now. I told him, great, I get to pick up all his excess weight. To slow him down, I bought some Golden Oreos at the store today. ;)

Good luck with your day! It certainly sounds like a busy one!

Thanks, Debbie! She is just gorgeous - I'd be happy to take one just like her. ;)

Paybacks are heck, huh? ;) The wine float talk about killed me the other night (alcohol still sounds good :rotfl: )!

Good luck - hope it's a peaceful night!

Wow - what an eye! :rotfl2:

Thanks, Terry!

Who knows, but selfishly, I'd like to see him/her earlier than that. ;) The original due date they gave me was 9/29, but they thought from the U/S yesterday that I was bit further along, so moved it up a week. Time will tell!

I'm just hoping it won't be an August baby - we have WAY too many late August babies in our families!!

Nick's birthday is Sept 29

I could use a little prayer for miss Elise. She's been very sick approaching 2 weeks now, and can't shake it. Instead, she's getting worse. Now I fear we might have uncovered a little Reactive Airway Disease (precursor to Asthma, which one of our girls (at least) is bound to have). I hope not, but at the same time I would rather her "illness" go away and still find the RAD that we can then treat, rather than just have her continue to be sick. She's REALLY sick, as in going into these coughing fits where she just turns purple because she coughs so hard and can't catch her breath. All day. :guilty: Avery has escaped with just a bit of a cold it seems, which is a blessing but also makes me more concerned about whatever Elise is battling. Boo.

Hopefully, they're "getting it out of their system" before WDW. That would also mean, though, that it has to go away before then

Our internet and phones are on the skitz too, maybe because it continues to be windy. Not as bad as it was a week ago, but it seems the winds have never quite died down. Between that and the ice storm before, there are still trees coming down everywhere, etc.

I'm ready for WDW.

I hope you all are doing well, and I'm sorry I only catch up a bit at a time. I've got to use my sparse internet time (and really, sparse children-sleeping time these days) the most efficient way possible.

Make it a great day! :wizard: :goodvibes :grouphug:

:wizard: :wizard: I hope she recovers soon. That is horrible for both of you.

OMG I just found out one of our friends has twins and is expecting triplets!!!! :faint: She's a VP of our twins club, and I just can't even begin to imagine.......

W:faint:W She will certainly have her hands full.

I'm so sorry. I hope he heals quickly.

Congrats to Alyssa!

Congrats to him! I'm already terrified of when my boys start driving.

I hope she is feeling better today.

You go, girl! That is terrific progress! Keep it up, and you'll be down in a new second digit in no time. I also need to get to exercising. I plan on changing clothes before taking Andrew to baseball, and walking tonight.

The minute she was born!

Did you start eating more to compensate for the calories you are burning off? Did you try varying the exercise, so that one day it's swimming, one day it's cardio, one day it's weights? I'm sure you are still adding muscle. Once that levels off, that muscle will help you burn calories quicker.

I'd also make sure you are measuring things. I find when I slow down and look at my journal, I either haven't been keeping up or I got lazy and stopped weighing and measuring, so I was eating more than I thought I was. Hang in there!

I hope it helped! I agree with Elizabeth. We need to plan lunch or maybe a movie if you aren't up to eating out in honor of your pregnancy.

Prayers for Elise! I hope she is more comfortable today.

Happy Birthday Bob! :cheer2:

Andrew's grades came in yesterday -- all A's. He's getting closer to that i-phone. Jake is going in with Randy to work for a couple of hours, then his friend's parents will pick him up on the way home from their conference. Later today, they are off to Great Wolf Lodge. He's beyond excited.

Andrew will be dropped off with me, and we'll go to his conference (and Jake's) after lunch. Andrew has done well in school, but he hates having to sit in front of the eight teachers (5 teachers, an advisor and two speech teachers) and have them talk to him and us about his work. His speech processing makes him slower to respond in awkward situations. I told him it's good practice for work interviews. We may run by work for a while after that, then he has baseball practice tonight. I'm going to hopefully work from home tomorrow.

Better get back to work. Have a good day everyone.

Congrats to Andrew.

I have been eating more on days that I exercise and I've been carefully counting my points. It does seem that the scale moves on the days that I don't exercise. Maybe my muscles are responding quicker than I expected.

::yes:: Call me vain, but I CAN'T bear the sight of my ghostly white legs. :snooty:

I was considering hitting a tanning bed since I'll be in swimwear daily. does the spray tan work? What kind to you use?

I passed my drug test (there was no doubt, but I had to got through the process). Nick is not feeling well. His ear is still bothering him and sudafed hasn't cleared it. He said that the didn't sleep much last night and he is UGLY today. Of course he isn't ready to go to the doctors yet. I did find the numbing drops that Hunter had for his ear infection in October. Either it will clear on its own or we'll have to run him to the doctors this weekend. Riley seems to be eating better today. He ate some during the night and he's been drinking again. He even asked for his milk this morning. He's not out of the woods by any means, but at least he won't be starving to death.

I have never used the spray, but the lotion works pretty good! I think I have Jergens brand.

Don't go to the tanning bed. Expensive and unhealthy. This is what I use and I'm pleased with the look. But I only use it on my legs.

Yea for passing your drug test(not that there was any doubt lol)! Glad to hear Riley is starting to eat.

Hope Nick is on the mend soon :wizard:
