The loft room was what we had at GWL.
It is definitely noisy.
The only food we bought there was pizza, which wasn't horribly overpriced.
I never went in the locker room. We had the boys change in the hotel room each time because I didn't want to have to fool with them changing in the locker room. Although on Saturday morning the water park wasn't crowded, so the locker room might not have been too bad.

We didn't have a room to change in since we got there before check-in and wanted to use the waterpark. Then today we had to check out by 11 and we stayed until about 4 to swim again. So both days we had to use the locker room. I'm not one for privacy, so I just stripped down over in the corner to change. The bad part was if you had to use the restroom. Peopel would be in the toilet stalls changing, which would take FOREVER! We had to eat dinner there last night and lunch today. Bob brought cereal for breakfast.

This has been an interesting day.

We got back a counter on our house. Looks like we have a bingo! Waiting for all the paperwork for us to sign. They are a cute couple with their 1st baby on the way.

House 1,2, &3 did not work out as far as our searches.

#1 was just too overpriced for the neighborhood.

#2 needed work but is in a beautiful subdivision with a pool & tennis court. However the negotiations with the seller did not go very well.

#3, We were faxing in our offer for that just last night when the realtor called & told us it went to contract yesterday morning!

So plan #4, we had seen a home back in November that was taken off the market while we were looking. Well now it is back on so we made an offer on that one tonight. This one is very cookie cutter & not my style but the price, schools, & location were great...

Good price = more trips to Disney!

Tammi- I am glad the kids enjoyed the weekend. Thanks for the review, maybe we'll skip it.

Don't let me talk you out of it. It's just not my thing. I love to go to the pool, but it's more to relax, and I'll swim when I get hot. I don't go just to swim. There is definitely no relaxing in this place. The waterslides here were way too short, IMO, for the amount of time spent waiting in line. I admit it, I'm Disney spoiled.

Thanks Marci! Don't get me wrong, its nice, just alittle more "modern" than I like. A perfect home to me is a center hall colonial. This is more of an open concept modern style.

Fingers crossed that your house sells and that you are able to purchase one that you like. Maybe you'll have to take another trip to view some more? I'm sure the perfect one is out there, maybe you haven't seen it yet.

Janet- We have a Kuerig and we LOVE it. The only drawback is the coffee is expensive. But it's so nice to be able to pop a K-Cup in and have a hot, fresh cup of coffee in seconds.

Janet- I hope you get a refurbed room. That was one of the reasons I contemplated staying at CSR. They look really nice. The park hours have been in flux and changing. I hope they stay how they are.

Bernadette- Hope you will get a replacement card. I have a cracked memory stick currently in my camera, I need to find my others for my trip. I refuse to buy more as I hope to get another camera soon, which will not use the same memory. Hope you have no more issues with the flights. love the book idea for Lizzie.

I am home, I spent 3 + hours in my car and I was there less then an hour. But I needed to do it. I am in major need of a drink.

Tomorrow night I am going to Smokey Bones for a relay fundraiser. Tuesday I am going with my Aunt so she can try on dresses for her wedding. Wednesday I have a staff meeting. Thursday a breakfast meeting. Then Monday their is something about an airplane.

It was okay. That place is HUGELY overrated, as well as overpriced. I think it's cheaper to eat at WDW on the DDP than at that place. Now that I've been there once, I don't have a need to go back. It is NOISEY! Everything is crammed together. There are 6 toilets and 3 shower stalls in their locker room. But their big advertisement is that you can start using the waterpark before you can check into your room, and on the day of checkout you can stay and use the waterpark. So that means there are gobs and gobs of people that need to change into or out of swimming suits in the lock room, because they don't have a hotel room. I think GWL should have designed a locker room that could handle that. We did get upgraded to a room with a loft, so that was nice.

But the kids had a great time and that is what matters. I was content to sit in a chair and watch them.

I think I can honestly say I am okay with never going.

Although this summer I want to go back to Glenwood Springs.....just to see if it's the same as when I was a kid.

I want one. I did see that BJ's has one that comes with lots of pods. I tried to compare it to what amazon has and there are SOOOOO many different models. I would want to understand what is "mini" about the QVC one.
