Deb, most in my family dress up for funerals too.

I try to do so, even for the funerals at work. It's a nice way to show respect, not only to the deceased but their families also.

Cassidy was much better after her first 24 hours on amoxcicillan so I let her stay over at a friend's house yesterday.

We have Abi's best friend over tonight. We went to see Wall*E at the dollar theater...it was worth just about that ($6.25 for the five of us). But holy cow!! even there the popcorn and pop was ridiculously priced!!!

Tomorrow is chili cook off day and afterward haircuts and a perm for me....WOO HOO!!!

We went to Linens n' Things on the way home....I'm not exactly sure where I spent $60 bucks but I got a few more Christmas presents and a birthday present all done.

We had a really fun day. 1st, we went to see HSM 3. I thought it was good, and the production was outstanding. It make me melancholy for my HS days and dread my kids' graduation days. After that a quick stop at Target and then onto the park to let the kids play awhile before dinner. The girls chose the movie so Nicholas got to pick dinner. He chose Olive Garden, but I was secretly hoping for Red Lobster. No such luck. We closed the night with the Ghost Walk downtown. I won the bet between Bob and I about how long it would take for one of the kids to cry. Five minutes! It was Alyssa because one of the spooky ookies got in her face. She really didn't know what to expect. After that she settled down and was okay for the rest of the walk. The all did fine, even with people jumping out and screaming at them. Now I should head to bed, even though it is really 9:42.
