Jennifer-I could just stare at Elise and Avery all day. :goodvibes They are so sweet. Thank you for putting them in your signature:lovestruc

Me too. Make me almost want another one. Almost. :rotfl:

Though our avatar and signature are outdated (I relayed your message to Kevin, Marci! :teeth: ), I finally got some pictures uploaded to Photobucket. I'll warn you, there are 140 of them, but that's only a small percentage of the several hundred pictures we've taken this month. :rotfl:

Here's a link:

And, here's a few of my recent favorites:

Those are adorable! I'm off to look at the rest :goodvibes

Hi, Robyn! My back feels much better, thanks! :)

Amy - Sweet pics, as always! :goodvibes
I like chef Duff. Go figure. :rolleyes1

I bought a cute little swim skort thing at Ross today for $6. It's solid navy, which is great because I have 2 tankini tops with navy in them! I have it in the wash now so I can pack it!

DH survived his day, but tomorrow and Thursday he won't have anyone helping him so it could be ugly. He said the stores are way out yonder past Marci's neck of the woods.

Very cute pictures Amy!

Now Leighanna wants to go to the pool that you were at and KI. She loves Swipers' Sweeper.
It gives me a neck ache just looking at it!:headache:

I got my gray washed out last night -- YEAH! It had been 12 weeks since my last trim and more than that since color. I like what the new hairdresser did to my hair, though it will take some getting used to. I'm a little more blonde right now. I'm curious as to what my friend/hairdresser will say the next time I go visit her. She hasn't e-mailed me back since I asked how chemo went last week.

Have a great day everyone!
Picture please.:)

You don't deliver like Duff from Ace of (Charm City) Cakes?!! :rotfl:

Not with these gas prices!!:goodvibes

I loved looking at all your pics. Everyone is so photogenic. Thanks for sharing.

I hope DH's next 2 days aren't that bad. :wizard:

Congrats on 2,000!!!:cool1: :cool1:

I went to the ENT tonight (430 appointment , and i JUST got home!)to discuss getting my tonsils out. He agreed its time to do it. Now I have to do it when I have at least a week to lay around and do nothing as he says the recovery is going to be tough for a week. So he is going to call me tomorrow to schedule it. he said i may be able to get in this thursday or friday and then I would have time to recover before our out of town visotr comes (on the 10th). if that is the case, i would not be able to go to the 2nd interview , if i got called. So im thinking that if this thursday/friday is open for surgery, i should probably call the principal jsut to see where it stands and IF i was going to be getting a call, is tehre a way I could get in before surgery?
If i wait til frankie leaves, that is the 14th of August , which would cut into my getting ready for a classroom time..so i am kind of stuck to see when he has availability. So i could possibly be getting surger in 2 days--ahh!

:
Now is Theresa, Jen and Karen could get jobs we'd be all set :wizard:
Exactly!

We've decided to do a 3 week Hawaiian vacation the summer of 2012. That gives me 4 years to save. We're talking about doing a cruise, maybe out of Washington or California to Hawaii or from Hawaii back. That would eliminate such a very long flight in one direction. The last time we went it was a 15 hour flight from Vermont to Hawaii. Now I find myself starting to research. I don't know anything about Hawaii or cruises for that matter. We have plenty of time to plan so research it is :rotfl: Anyone have any cruises to suggest? Disney should have their new resort open in Hawaii by then (I think) so we will be able to use points to stay their for at least part of our stay. I'm even toying with the idea of buying points at the new resort once they start selling their :rolleyes1 Our first purchase should be paid off by then.
That sounds like a good trip!

Now who will I talk to, with all of you running off to Disney?

MEEEEEEE
So I am back from the doctor. I did end up with an air cast walking boot. However the first thing he said to me was surgery putting a screw in my foot to hold the bone in place and then cast it. He thinks I had hurt it before and it is a stress fracture.

Only after asking what my other options are did he say just to cast it. Then I asked if I could have the removable boot. Then he seemed to think that was the best option. I have to go back in 6 weeks and get xrays and to see him to see if it healed or if I need to get a screw put in my foot.

So I am hoping it heals on its own without issue, so I do not need the screw which he does not even know if it will work.

He said I could take it off and drive. But I am not supposed to walk on it. But I have a walking boot. So I truly do not know what I am and am not allowed to do.

I know what he wanted, he wanted to go out with his buddy for a ride in his new car and for smoothies. He left before the secretary had written up all of my paperwork for follow up x-rays and other appointments.
o man becky--im hoping things work out okay

me too--move closer--i can babysit :)

Becky - Hope the foot heals on its own. :wizard:

Jen - I'm glad they're going to take your tonsils out finally. Loads of :wizard: that the timing works out for the best.

Elizabeth - Pretty impressive luggage count. Even with doing laundry I figured you'd max out your bags.

Amy - Love the new pictures! Soooo sweet.

I hope whenever it gets scheduled that it doesn't wreak too much havoc on your schedule and your recovery time is minimal. You could have it done on the 7th and I can take care of you and Mo together. ;) I'm all stocked up on popsicles, jell-o and pudding.

Tia - DH is fond of reminding me that the Black Pearl has finite cargo room. I am afraid if I added a bag we wouldn't be able to fit all the luggage into the car. He told me last year it wasn't all going to fit, but it did. It is still cheaper to leave the car at the airport than it is to book Super Shuttle both ways (how insane is THAT?) so we're going to have to deal with the Altima not having enough space for 5 checked bags. If we were willing to book "shared ride" on Super Shuttle it would be cheaper than airport parking, but the last time we did that we darn near missed our plane going out and we sat in the stupid shuttle for HOURS after we got home. Never again. :sad2:

Jen - Good luck with the surgery and your interview! I hope you can get the schedules worked out! :wizard:

I think I have already asked this, but have you guys had dinner at Spoodles? We are thinking of cancelling it. It's for a night we do NOT have Dining Plan. We also don't have any grand ideas of where else we might go if we cancel it. Maybe just CS. :confused3

ill move in ;)
Hopefully I can get in this week because I dont wanna be sick when our friend is here!

Elizabeth...I liked Spoodles for dinner...none of the other 4 in my group did :confused3

Personally, I would be disappointed paying OOP at Spoodles. I love med. food and was pretty disappointed. It's a decent atmosphere and worth trying I suppose (but we like to try everywhere, at least once)... but maybe not if you're already questioning the decision.

Marci your trip sounds like fun, hope you can relax & enjoy!

Terry & Stephanie you both look wonderful!

Amy what great pictures, you have a very lovely family :goodvibes

Jen I hope you can get the surgery scheduled soon :wizard:

What printer settings have you used with your dark transfer papers? I have Wilton dark papers and an HP Printer.

Thanks!
