DCP role situation questions

Hello! I have my phone interview Friday and am most nervous about the "what would you do in this situation" questions. I know they usually relate the question to the top roles you chose. Mine are BBB, Merchandise, and Full Service F and B. Can anyone tell me what kind of questions they may ask about those roles? Thank you!

Some I got for bbb that I wasn't ready for were:

* if you had just finished with the process and the parents come up and don't like it, what would you do?

* if a young girl was hesitant about getting her hair and make up done what might you say or do?

For merchandise I got things like:

"What do you do if one guest comes up to you to check out, one guest asks if you can find something in the back, and the phone rings all at the same time."

and

"What do you do if a guest is asking for an item that you do not have in stock?"
(As a side note, don't send them to the emporium. We don't have everything!)

What would be a good answer?

A) It's easy to learn which shops have certain things. The Emporium carries the general stuff like t-shirts and plush animal and dated merchandise. For all the other stuff there's generally one or two speciality stores in the parks.

B) don't forget about downtown Disney shops. Like if you're at Epcot and they want a Christmas item, there's the shop at MK and DTD only.

C) I'm sure there's some sort of computer system for looking up items.

D) offer ordering and shipping it home

Take my answer with a grain of salt, I've never worked merchandise. I just know where stuff is.

I would highlight any hair or makeup experience you have if you're serious about getting the BBB position. The year I got picked they took a lot of people (about 30-40), but I've since heard that they now select only 16 girls out of everyone that applies.

I'm a cosmetology student with a lot of children experience so I really hope I get to be one of those lucky 16! But I would be happy with just about any role haha
