Unfortunately, we are borrowing some for our upcoming trip already. There's not enough left for both of us through points. My husband is spoiled and won't cruise without a verandah. I want to go no matter what, but DH says maybe next time. OH WHY DID I MARRY HIM!?!

We called the 407 number, not the 800# and got right in at 9am. I booked one of the Cat#10 secret porthole rooms 5024. I'm waiting now for the confirmation number and we're all set!!!

Did you guys hear the usual on hold music when on hold? I got in and pushed 3 and now nothing, no hold music, no welcome to member services, ugh, what do I do?

OK, the recording finally came on, hold time 30 minutes, ooops, I'm on my husband's business phone on the 407 #. Hope they don't have a problem with a 30 minute LD phone call to FL!!!!

This worked for me too....approximate wait time up to 30 minutes.
